No biggie. That's why we are all here. To help each other. Did you want me to transfer Stephen Fenner? I just completed the link requests you sent for children William and Susan (Fenner Whitaker)

I had no idea my grandfather (Edwin Curtis Fenner) had been in a prior marriage before he was married to my grandmother (Jean Morongell Fenner). I'm wondering if he had any children with her, I do know of the 7 he had with my grandmother. Thank you for posting the graves of my family, gives me a better idea of when my ancestors came to this country and where they had lived before they were in New Jersey.

RE: Arlene Pierce
Anytime, glad I could help you out!
As a side note, if this is the family I think it is, I believe Arlene and her dad George Pierce lived in Hopkinton, Rhode Island. George used to have a farm and as a teenager, my brother worked for him. I even remember helping in the garden picking peas. Their house has sat empty for years until recently it was up for sale and has been renovated. Finding this stone brought back memories.
Arlene's marker is near George and Alice S Chapman Pierce who I believe are her parents. I have also added their memorials with pictures.

I apply the old adage..."Etched in stone". The typos I find drive me crazy. I guess I am to picky. Must be the inspector coming out of me.

I know I'm "long-winded" in my messages. Bonnie's parents were William Floyd Bull, Jr., 1920-2001, and his wife, Marilyn Eileen Hibner Bull. Her grandparents were William Floyd Bull, Sr., 1888-1966, and wife, Gladys Irene Marshall, 1889-1954.

RE: Fenner Family
Maj. Thomas Fenner and Dinah Borden Fenner were the parents of Thomas Fenner, born 1684, in Providence. The precise date of his death seems to be unknown, but one source gave about 1744. This Thomas was buried (Grave now unmarked, I guess) in the Major Thomas Fenner Lot, at Cranston, Rhose Island. He was married in 1710, to Mary Abbott, born Dec. 13, 1679 in R.I, and is also buried in the Maj. Thomas Fenner Lot. Mary was a daughter of Daniel Abbott and "Mad" Margaret White. Their son, Thomas Fenner, III, born between 1715/20, and died sometime after 1775, also buried in the Maj. Thomas Fenner Lot, was married to Freelove Turner, 1730-1789, daughter of Joshua Turner and Freelove Westcott. I believe they were in Old Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island at some point. At least that is where Freelove Westcott was born, in 1702. I think you have their son, Capt. Turner Fenner, 1767-1839, in your work, also that of his daughter, Sareh Fenner Leavens, and husband, Martin T. Leavens. You only have the names of two of their children listed on the Find A Grave site. Matin T. Leavens and Sarah Ann (Harp) Leavens also had a daughter, Mary Ellen Leavens, born 1848, in Ohio, and died in 1926. She was buried, with her husband, in the Lodi Memorial Cemetery, Lodi, San Joaquin, California. She married Sgt. James Rankin Bull, born May 8, 1838, at Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio, and died June 13, 1926, at Lodi, California. He fought for the Union during the Civil war. These two have Find A Grave sites.
