|Janice Gray||RE: Elizabeth Roberts Memorial #59072339|
Since it was such a beautiful day today, I decided to jump in my car and track down Elizabeth's grave marker. I walked and drove around the cemetery for 90 minutes, and never found it. So I'm back to square one. I had the photo you took with me to assist me. I did find Adam Stump's marker with a photo of his homestead on it. I must say, that was probably the best maintained cemetery I have ever been in. The headstones were very easy to read from a distance, the ground was flat, and access was easy to all parts of the cemetery. I don't suppose you know what Walter Union Cemetery was. Was it a church, and if so, what denomination? I believe Elizabeth's husband was a Quaker, so I was just curious! As before, thank you for your assistance!

My apologies...NOT Wolf's Church Cemetery. Something about the graves were moved because they were too close to a creek or stream?

I believe that the Elizabeth Roberts named on your memorial with numerous names on the tombstone is that of my 3x great-grandmother Elizabeth Dittenhafer Roberts. I found out her name through another family member's death certificate. My question is, do you recall the location of this tombstone in New Fairview Cemetery? I was hoping since it was an unusual marker with many names of those graves moved from Wolf's Church, you might remember it. I would like to go see the grave for myself.
