Willing to take pictures of tombstones in local area.....just write and ask me....email me if you notice any corrections that I need to make. If you are a family member of someone I have added and you would like me to transfer the memorial to you, let me know and I will gladly do so.|
Also, whenever I take a tombstone picture, if there are others around or near with the same name or if they appear to be related I take them too and post. So if you request a tombstone pic be sure to check for others that you might not have been aware of.
Lastly, let me say, that it is because of my mentor and cohort that I even got started on Find A Grave. It is Barbara Jensen (Robinette #47025656) that introduced me to this and we usually both go to the cemeteries and post the pics we have taken. We are a team. So all the thanks my profile get is for the team.

Saw where you moved your pic and deleted your memorial. On the remaining ones you can transfer those memorials from East View to me if you wish. Thanks for your patience.

The reason for the recent requests to move memorials from East View to Westminster Memorial Park is to identify which memorials belong in WMP. Cemeteries are separate even across the street from each other. Thanks. Frank

Thank you so much for the many photos you took and posted to Meeks burials in Pelzer. Some of the stones (Theodore) were quite old and I'm sure not easy to find.

Hi, Robert. First I want to thank you for your efforts in preserving history. They are so appreciated.
You have posted Mem # 36702729 for Barksdale Dunham Garrison buried at the Garrison Cem in Greenville Co.
It seems that the stone is very worn. Were you able to transcribe dates and name from the stone? If not, is it possible that info is available from other records?
I see also, his 1812 gravemarker. I have found his grave site on the 1812 Members site but not an ancestor number for him.
Any further information on this person or his family that you can share would be invaluable to me.
Thank you for your time and efforts. Dulcie Fusillo
|Richard Jordan||Tempie McKittrick (26952388)|
I am not a relative of Miss McKittrick, however she and her life partner Miss Elizabeth F. Lewis taught both my mother and I at Flint Groves Elementary in Gastonia, NC. My mother was born in 1921 and I in 1941 so our association with these two teachers ranged over decades. These two teachers aspirated me to become a teacher. I still live 3 tenths of a mile from the school site where they taught. I hope you will consider transferring management of her memorial to me so I might add other details.
If you should chose not to transfer, I want to thank you for taking the time and energy to post hers as well as the other work you have done on Find-a-grave.

Have you noticed "Record Hunter" has duplicated each of your memorials in the above cemetery?
