Memorial # 6290902
Hello,
Pearl Weeks was my dad's Aunt, and I do remember her very well. Several weeks ago I submitted as edits Pearl's mother's and father's Memorial numbers. I assume that you need to approve this.
Pearl's dad was Franklin D. Cross, and her mother was Sibbie J. Cross.
I am NOT requesting a transfer of my Aunt Pearl's Memorial, but I will manage it if you wish to transfer. I do want to link Pearl to her parents, which will also link her to her sisters.
Sincerely,
David P. Cross

RE: James Efton Case
On the memorial page for James, at the top right:
You have options to "Transfer Management" "Edit" and "Delete".

Click on EDIT which will open a page. About 3/4 of the way down on that page you will see: Death Date, Death Place; and Cemetery. Beside the Cemetery name there is an option to "Edit burial info".

Click on Edit burial Info - and it will take you to the page where you can change the name of the cemetery where the person is buried. In this case James Efton Case is buried in "Captain Smiths Cemetery" near Witter.

RE: Annie Roxie Prater Baker
Roxie is/was my grandmother. We can combine information from our memorials into one, but I would like to manage it.

Hoyt Pat Carpenter
This Hoyt is the son of Ida Jewell, not the husband. Hoyt Dennis Sr is her husband.

Thomas Dickerson b. 1873
Please note that my great grandfather Joseph Allen Dickerson b. 1874 d. 1936 was the cousin of this Thomas Dickerson b. 1873. Thomas did have a brother named Joseph but he was born abt 1872 and died abt 1935. If you follow census records for these two Joseph's you will see who their parents and siblings really are. Many people are making the mistake of matching my great grandfather Joseph Allen Dickerson with his cousin. The Dickerson families used a lot of the same names but some had different middle names and to keep them straight people really do need to follow documented sources rather than just copying what others have added without verifying sources. Please would you remove my great grandfather from this memorial. Thank you.

RE: Sidney Newton
It is my pleasure to share any and all that I know about my ancestors. It is more than that, it is an obsession and an addiction. I am not familiar with the book that Carol I. Newton put together, but if you have additional information than what is widely available, feel free to share it!
