Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been collecting gravestone photographs of my ancestors for several years. In Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Scotland. I am glad to be able to add them to a web site where they are accessible to other family descendants who are unknown to me.

RE: Photo, Blaris Old Graveyard, Lisburn
I was only at this graveyard once and that was nearly 4 years ago. Colleen Coey Weis has done a tremendous job of adding memorials for a lot of graveyards in Northern Ireland and these are only for graves with headstones. As she didnt add one for your ancestor there is no headstone and they are buried in an unmarked grave.

Best wishes

Was that the edit I just approved for this woman (just her maiden name)? Go ahead and edit it again with your additional information. Did it not let you do it all at the same time?

RE: Margaret Ferooza McNeill
Dear Harold,
She is buried in the McNeill family mortuary at Oronsay Priory #100084038, so I imagine this one is memorial. I have not found her husband however. There are 2 separate cemetery entries from Oronsay Priory and Oransay Churchyard - they're both the same place.

Some text about Capt. Stewart is at

RE: Edward Darius Worcester
Hello, Harold, thank you for contacting me. This is a little more complicated because there is a marker in each cemetery, so one is a cenotaph, and since I didn't know which one, I called Elmwood cemetery, and the nice man I spoke to there said Mr. Worcester is buried there, and, in addition, was reinterred from Forest Home cemetery.
You don't need to take down your memorial, just contact Find A Grave to mark it as a cenotaph.

Below is the FAQ about cenotaphs:
A cenotaph is a tomb or a monument erected in honor of a person or group of persons whose remains are buried elsewhere. It can also be the initial marker for a person who has since been interred elsewhere.
To add a cenotaph, create a memorial just like any other. Then email with a link to the memorial and a message to mark it as a cenotaph. Please only add relationship links to the actual burial memorial, when a cenotaph and an actual burial both exist.

Good luck!

RE: Mary Brown Blackstock
Thank you Harold. Saddell cemetery record only gives her as Mary Brown and not Mary Brown Blackstock.

Mary Brown Blackstock
Hi Harold, First of all, let me thank you for your selfless
contribution to Family History, for wandering through all those gravesites to bless our lives. Thank you. Thank you.

I have been through a few myself, notably Saddell Abbey
where my Blackstock families lived. I have edited most of them I believe now, but could not find a Mary Brown Blackstock which is listed as her dying in 1888. I am
thinking she is not a Blackstock. Could you double check and see if she is. I don't know where she fits in. Thank you again for all your efforts. Jen
