I found an old index for the Pioneer Cemetery at Masonville, Delaware Co. I am able to give your dates for many of your unknowns on the edit tab

I am assuming that the marker is for an inurnment of cremains in a mausoleum rather than an entombment of a casket?
Michael in Minneapolis...a relative
Thanks very much for finding this relative's grave site and posting a photo. It is appreciated.

Thanks very much for adding records to F-A-G. The F-A-G rules state that if the last name is not known, the word "Unknown" should go in that field. I submitted corrections for the memorials to follow these rules. If you go to my profile, I have links to the F-A-G forums where the curators explain in more detail the guidelines about religious memorials.

Concerning Elbert Kneeland, Grain merchant in Winnipeg.
His obituary states he was the son of Mr, and Mrs. Nelson C. Kneeland. They are buried in Lisbon, North Dakota. The obituary does not mention any siblings, but from a January 1, 1910 news paper clipping, it states: "Mrs. P.D. Moore (Irma Kneeland Moore) left on the #4 for Lisbon, ND, Thursday, where she was called by the serious illness of her mother.
Great-great niece of Minnie (Honstain) and Elbert Kneeland-Carol Dyke
