My apologies. I just noticed that the other memorial for Margaret Pinkston (#436674940) was actually created on Oct 29, 2009 and your memorial was created this year on July 19, 2016. There is also a third memorial for her which was created in 2012 (#101934761). You may want to reach out to the person who created the earliest memorial in 2009. That manager is dmd4yrls findagrave user id #46633283 and ask that they transfer management over to you. Otherwise, the Findagrave staff may eventually delete your memorial since it is was created more recently than the other one. I didnít mean to cause offense, just found the duplicates.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I believe I have it straightened out. Please let me know if I need to make any further corrections.

Sorry, I was just asking for the memorial number so I could see where I posted the death certificate. When I typed in "Walter Smith" several thousand came up and when I typed only in the state of Nevada I couldn't find him. Now that I know he was buried in the Battle Mountain cemetery, I see that his name is "James Walter Smith".

Do you happen to have the memorial number of your great uncle or the name of the cemetery he is buried in. Thank you.
|Robert Hague||RE: Alice Smith|
Most of the memorials that I have posted in the Bethel Hill Cemetery came from a book of Boone County Cemetery Records. I am currently re-visiting these memorials doing some clean up work, looking at census records, death and marriage records when I can find them. I am also attempting to link families together when I have enough information.
I have no idea of what the letter 'D' might be in Rachael's name other than a possible middle or surname. I am almost sure that Alice was born after 1850. I found a John H Smith with a wife named Rachael on the Boone Co., Indiana 1850 Census. Here is a link to that census:
It seems that Alice's parents originated from Delaware based on this census information. If you have any other knowledge of this family, it might help in solving the mystery.
Thank you for reaching out to me. I am always interested in improving and adding additional information to the memorials that I manage.

If you will send me the memorial number for Alice, I will try.

Thank you, Randy, for bringing this to my attention. It is a bit difficult to see from the photo. Please let me know if there is anything else I should change.
