|Got interested in this in trying to research our family tree after my Dad died and found out no one knew too much about my father's mother's side. Now I find I spend most of my spare time tromping around Western NY cemeteries, looking for my ancestors, REDDEN, GRIFFEN, WOLCOTT,KEENAN, KING, DURFEE, HAND, BROOKS, ALLEN and HARVEY. |
If I've entered someone in your family I would be glad to add info or transfer them to you. If you request a transfer please state your relationship to the deceased. And please excuse any errors I may have made and contact me for a correction. Be sure to put FAG in the subject line so I don't delete your e-mail.Hope I can help someone.

Thank you so much for the transfers from Castile. I appreciate it.
|Sharon Ward||Correction to a post|
I noticed on Ziba Barney, Jrs. page that you had an I. Barney listed as his brother. The I. should be a J. for Joshua Barney. I know that's what the stone is engraved with, but I thought that a note correcting the error might be nice. Both of them were in the 130th Regiment of NY Volunteers.
|Chris Anglese||Abel Wright #21451039 and Laura #21451064|
Abel Wright and his wife Laura would be my 3rd great-grandparents. I am wondering if you have any proof of death dates for them? The only evidence I have found to date is your Find-A-Grave entries but there are no headstone photos so I have to classify the entries as unsubstantiated! I am hoping you have some citable evidence I can use... do you happen to have headstone photos or interment records you can point me to - whatever evidence you based the memorial on?

I got your edit for Joyce. By any chance, do you have a source for the info you sent?

She was my aunt. My father was Lloyd Rissinger who was born after her and was one of her younger brothers. I have heard the Redden name through the years.
|Janet Muff||Joanna (Alden) Buell # 30366096|
It's been many years since we've corresponded. I hope you are well.
I'm working on the Matteson family in Shaftsbury, VT, and specifically Richard Matteson who was the first husband of Joanna Buell. I'd like to ask you to link her memorial to his (# 12825735), but I'm writing rather than sending an Edit because I'd like to know whether there's a source that confirms her burial in this cemetery, and if so, I'd very much include it in my own records.
I'll also ask the person who created daughter Joanna's memorial to link her with her parents.
Thanks so much for the help,
I hope you are doing well.
Sorry for the delay in responding to your edits - life intervened.
I'll accept the edits as soon as I finish this note. By any chance are you related? I am not, and would be happy to see her with someone who knows her. Let me know if you'd like a transfer.

|April Cofery Moyer||LeRoy Moyer Jr 152740045|
Ild like to request a transfer of LeRoy Moyer Jr 152740045 he is my husbands Uncle. I manage the Moyer memorials for my husbands family. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Your doing an awesome job. We are lucky to have people like you that go out of your way to create memorials. I've been slowly working on the family and it's nice to find that someone else thought enough to create a family memorial. Have a great day!
|Grave Digger||Robert Campbell|
Your memorial for Robert Campbell of Pike, NY (died 1850) is the same person as the Robert who died March 1, 1841. The confusion comes in the fact that when the Veteran's Memorial was applied for, the death year for his wife Asenath was accidentally submitted. Could you make an attempt to combine these two memorials as one. Genealogically it is confusing to those who do not know why there are two memorials and perhaps think they are two different individuals.
