I enjoy taking photos of gravestones in local cemeteries and then doing the research to try to link memorials to their family members. Do I make mistakes? I try not to, but unlike some others on Find a Grave, I admit that I'm human and odds are that I will make some errors. Others have provided great help to me by establishing memorials for members of my extended family, so I am trying to do the same for others.

If you have a use for any of the photos I have posted, feel free to copy and download. I am not territorial, so if you are related to the subject of one of "my" memorials, please let me know and I will transfer. I think that people who only follow the strict Find a Grave guidelines are simply being unkind.

I would appreciate it if members would not post death certificates on "my" memorials, as those often have inaccuracies or give sensitive information (suicides, etc.) that isn't something that non-relatives need to know. Same with random newspaper articles mentioning the deceased or duplicative information about their family members or grave site photos. Find a Grave, in my opinion, is for burial information and basic life and death information and to link the deceased to family members - not a place to tell everything about them. I will not approve links to memorials to persons whose burial location is unknown.
