Hi, I just started doing a Family Tree this summer on Ancestory.com. I was surprised to find out that there wasn't much info on our Trees. I would love to hear from the Shelleys & Bovenkamps of Newton and beyond. Its a shame that we lost track of our distant relatives, but close relatives that we know can hide many secrets...|

It is so sad to see my own family pictures being taken, edited and uploaded to Find A Grave by you. I remember contacting you about picture you had on ancestry, but were private, and you stated they "weren't anything special and most of your pictures came from find a grave". it's such a shame I came to you asking for help identifying family members in pictures and to my surprise see those exact picture uploaded here with your captions. Ancestry and this site where made to share family knowledge with everyone. it's a shame you feel you need to keep everything to yourself and not credit people when and where it is due.

Earlier this year you requested a grave photo at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. This cemetery is quite large and without a plot location it is near impossible to just stumble upon a requested grave.
I am happy to try to fulfill your request though if you will contact the office and ask for the plot location.
Just let me know, or post the plot on the memorial and I will try to fulfill it in the near future
The office can be reached at (901) 767-8930

They are all from the Gillette family, but I do not know the individual names. The photo is not high resolution enough to see them. I'll try to get a better photo during my next visit.

I put in photo requests on all my Burr ancestors several years ago. I remember that several came back with 'no headstone'. As Nathaniel does not have a photo, he is probably one that did not have a stone. However, you can try submitting another request :)

Thanks so much for photographing this memorial for me. Samuel Burr is in my stepfamily, and I appreciate your doing this. Thanks also for all the work you do for Find A Grave.
All the best,

No, it was just a page in the paper with other photos of fallen military from Iowa.

I tried to place a grave marker photo for this person in ST. Johns Cemetery and it wouldn't let me. I see you sponsor this interment. Find A Grave says it has determined their is enough photos for this memorial page, but there isn't any. Do you want me to turn management of this memorial over to you? Or I could email you the photo and you could take care of it. I don't know why it wouldn't let met add it!
|Teresa Lister||Transfer Request|
I am a cousin of Harold A. Welch #116884373. I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer his memorial to me?
Thank you for considering and for your efforts here at Find A grave.
I looked again today for Vincent Bridges. His name is not on his wife's stone. There is a stone next to it that says "Father" and that might be his. I can post that if you want. Otherwise, I don't think there is a stone with his name on it.

|Stoneseeker||George Beck photo request|
The library database shows George buried at West Maplewood; I think all the markers at that cemetery have been photographed. Unfortunately,the cemetery has been vandalized a few times and many of the markers are missing.
