|I have been researching my family and husband's family geneology for years and then found this website. It has been so helpful in finding my family members that I decided to become a volunteer, mainly for Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh, NC as this is where many of my husband's family is located. I was laid off my my regular job in September 2010 and found myself with more time to be able to pursue geneology and am truly enjoy helping others. I will process editing requests as quickly as possible. Let me know if there is any way I can assist you in your search for ancestors. Please feel free to use any picture I have taken! I am glad to share with you!|

|MomVoncile||Nancy Alice Brannon|
I am trying to find the parents of Nancy Alice Brannon. My records show that she was born in Hendersonville, Henderson, NC in 1864. She married James "Jim" Willow Tune. I only have that he passed away in Midlothian, Ellis, Texas. Nancy and Jim Tune are my grandmother's parents - Carrie Lou "Tune" Haggard. Nancy passed away circa 1891, when Carrie was 8 yrs. old. Carrie b. Oct. 27, 1883 either in Ark. or Okl. I was in hopes that your Brannons were related to Nancy Alice Brannon. Thank you so much for all that you do in this site.
|Diane Pollard Keiser||Your Rogers Name|
By any chance is your Rogers name descended from Elisha Ro(d)gers and wife, Bethany Champain? I descend from Elisha, thru their son, Ezekiel "EZ" Z. Rogers.
Diane Pollard Keiser
Thanks for trying. She was a friend's daughter.

|Deborah Scott Spencer||my father's memorial page|
Hi there - would you mind transferring ownership of my father's memorial page you setup to myself please? I didn't realize anyone set this up for him.
This past July his 3rd wife flew in from France [where he lived the past 34 years to escape paying child support] and we scattered some of his ashes over his mother's grave, per his request.
I will post some photo's of the event.
Thanks so much! Ironically I also live in Raleigh. I'm curious how you learned of my father's passing? Did you know him?
Cheers - Debbie

|Karla Gainey||Samuel Pollard's father|
Samuel Pollard's father is Orlando Reddick Pollard Sr, not OrlandER Pollard. Brothers include Orlando Reddick Jr., James Pollard, Joseph R Pollard, Thomas Felton Pollard, Lynwood Earl Pollard, Lester Lee Pollard, and Robert Pollard. He had 3 sisters: Mary E Pollard who died in 2004, and two who are still living - Francis J pollard and Betty Ann Pollard.
Sam is my father-in-law's first cousin.
