Since joining the volunteers of FINDAGRAVE.COM years ago, I've tried to share collected information from visiting various cemeteries in IL, WIS, CA and roads along the ways.|
My Sister, Susan nee Seidelman Feltes has joined me in my excursions to photograph stones in various cemeteries. We also make photo books for the local public library in Osseo, Wisconsin. So far we've donated over 30 books.
If you're related to any of my listings, request transfer...Glad to share links with family members and glad someone found family members.
This is a wonderful site and glad to be part of it and hopefully you'll become a member and share information with others.
When a loved one dies ... they don't die if someone takes the time to share the information with the world, and Findagrave.com has become a world-wide web site.
If you are interested in the SEIDELMANN/SEIDELMAN family I have published a 181 page, Hardbound, fully indexed book 2003. Contact me if you would like further information.
PS...even if someone I've listed is a link in your family -- and not a direct link of mine, I'm more than happy to put my memorials in the management of a family member or friend who can add more information to the memorial.
I also do photo restores and composites for FREE for FINDAGRAVE.COM members.
Note: I've transfered about 11,201 memorials as of this date. If I'm not related, I'd rather transfer to someone doing research or adding information. I feel this website is for sharing and caring...not hording and holding...enjoy!

Hi Jim. No rush but if you get time sometime could you add a photo for Sam Shipman in Osseo cemetery? I created a record but I see in the photocopied index I have you listed a photo b7 pg 13. Also wondering if you might have photo go listed record Adolphus Shipman d 1879. You had I index B7 p11. I'm wondering if that might be "Jarvis" Shipman (1800-1880) who died Osseo. I found an 1880 death date but 1879 is awfully close. If it is Jarvis he is father of at least 5 children buried in Osseo cemetery. His wife Aurelia/Orvella (1812-1898) I created a record for her but "unknown" burial. I linked to kids I could find. I didn't see anything in your index close to her name. But if Adolphus is Jarvis? Maybe she there? I know I have her correct death date from Tremp Co records.
No rush. Thanks for all your dedicated work. Sincerely, Cyndi

Please do not send me Transfers that I do not request. Transfers should be saved for family members.
|Jean Wilson||Helen Olinger|
Could you please reenter the photo of Helen? If you push the drop down box for type of photo, you can select "person" & she will always be the first photo. Thanks.

Thanks very much for transferring Roberta's memorial to my care.

Thank you for your quick reply and suggestions! The othes are:
I'm not familiar with how lots are set up (if it's just for family members or not), but Margaret Slater (15626708) is in Grave 8 with them. I did some quick research, and it shows she was from Scotland (where my 3rd ggparents are from). Maybe she is Jane's mother! I will let you know if I find something definitive on her possible relationship. Thanks again for everything!

Hi, James! My name is April, and this is my 3rd great-grandmother. I am doing my family genealogy, and am currently stuck on her and her husband, William Anderson (# 15625913), as I can't locate her maiden name or either of their place of birth in Scotland. I haven't found anyone else who is researching them, either. As you stated in your bio, I would love to manage their pages, as well as the others in the family plot. Please advise how I would do that, if you're willing to transfer them to me. Also, do you live in Osseo? If so, would you happen to know of any local resources that could help further my search? I'm trying to do all of this from New Orleans, LA. Thank you for all you have done for all of us! It is greatly appreciated!

Thank you so Much James, for caring about those who are passed on & for helping those of us searching for information on them to have memorial pages to aid in that research. When I started creating my family tree on Ancestry a couple of years ago I had no clue anyone had created a memorial for him here. I've been mostly digging into our heritage & trying to uncover information on others who had passed much longer ago than my brother Ivan had. So I didn't take the time until a few weeks ago to join Find A Grave, when I kept finding inconsistencies in some of the dates, death locations, & sometime no location or date information at all. That was when I decided I could help others who were searching for the same people by joining & submitting updates as I find them with correct dates, names, extra from birth records, marriage records, & death certs.
I'm not able to get out to go to the cemeteries like some are as I have health issues, but I can definitely help with updates as I find them. & slowly begin to add memorials from the obits in the papers. Although my research has me pretty busy at the moment.
Again Thank you so much for doing what you do to help us find our loved ones on this site & Thank you for responding so quickly to my request to transfer my brother Ivan Everett's Memorial to me. I'm glad he had someone like you to create it for him back when we were all going through such a tough time!
