|My love of genealogy began with my parents who did a great amount of research on each of their families. This was before they died in the 1970's. I didn't want their research to be lost or forgotten. So I began to do further research adding information to their records, and most of all to share all of the research with extended family. I love the challenge of finding records of proof for each date given. |
You have my permission to use the gravestone pictures I have submitted to Find A Grave for your genealogy records, along with a notation giving me credit for them.
Please do not print out a biography I have written on any Memorial page and add that biography to ancestry or any place else. Content submitted on Find A Grave is copyrighted. As I continue to find information I sometimes change or correct a biography and its contents to reflect what I have found. I am a member of Ancestry and enter information from my private family tree there to record burials here on Find A Grave.
As I work on my family's genealogy I have added names of family and where they are buried so I can share that information with extended family members, and the burial locations will not be lost.
Find A Grave is a wonderful place to help us with our genealogies. The dedicated members who take time to record hundreds of burials that are in a cemetery, take photographs of their graves and post that information so we can find them, is a wonderful help to all of us. They are truly dedicated members. As are the ones who volunteer to answer people's requests for photographs. For generations to come this information will be preserved. (Carolyn (Hill) Krueger

|P. Eadie||Wm. R. Lord|
Hi Mr. Krueger,
Arlington Cemetery records show that Wm. is buried in the Lawnview Section, lot 149. With him are 8 others. He is buried with 4 Lord family members, 2 Crosslands and 2 members of the Wood Family. There is only one monument there and it has Sara and William R (1873 - 1946) inscribed. I would be willing to upload a photo to each memorial site, if you would like. I plan on visiting Arlington tomorrow. Please advise as to how I can assist. Pat

In looking at the records closer, I think the "Charles" reference was in relation to a brother.... I found Charles as a son of Thomas & Deborah Man ... it is posted on their memorials... in my ancestry tree, i don't have much for him yet, as there are to many Gideons and unless it's clear who is who and belongs to whom.... i don't attach it ;)
i have made errors in generations before because there are so many namesakes...

|carol fasc||Krueger request/ Buffalo Cemetery|
Please edit the order of those photos so your beautiful photos show up first...only you can do that.
|carol fasc||RE: Krueger request/ Buffalo Cemetery|
Hi...wish I had better news...visited the cemetery today but didn't find a headstone...I am going to include a couple photos on your request, one is the cemetery map pointing to lot 267...you can kind of see name Leach on left, which is on the street and also the flat middle stone (Leach)in other photo with section Q sign..just counted back rows and no Krueger...other picture shows round cemetery marker with #265 so I know I was in right area...so their plot is left of the big tree..

Thanks for your response. Sorry for the mix-up. Photo still not opening. What to do next?

Thanks for taking the photos of the Winterhalters.
FYI I'm not sure where the problem lies, but your photo isn't opening on their memorial. Don't know if anyone else is having the same situation. Poss. you may have to upload it again. Thx.

You are welcome. Also found & added Mary Bachle

I appreciate that. I have been working strictly in that cemetery. While I do have family there, most of my memorials there are not family. So if there is anyone else you would like to maintain, please let me know! And any information is always welcome as I'm trying to help the township update the cemetery records at the same time!

After some thought, I'm not 100% sure that Anna Winterhalter at St. Mary's is Martin's mother. I noticed on the 1920 Census that his daughter Anna is listed as Winterhalter despite being married to Henry Krauser. Just wanted to mention it. :)

So very happy to transfer! I will keep Anna Winterhalter Krauser on my "keep an eye open for" list. She's not listed in the OCGS book about Milford cemeteries but that doesn't mean she's not there. Have a great day! Lisa
