Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in central Massachusetts with my wife Barbara. Formerly the Director of Operations at a Worcester Mass. facility, I am now retired, leaving me much more time for prowling through graveyards!
I particularly like discovering and photographing old gravestones, and consider myself very fortunate to be living in New England where so many of the early settlers are buried. I also try to photograph as many graves of veterans I come across, from those who fought in the Revolutionary War through the present time.

My objectives are two-fold:

1.When I post photos of their graves on Find A Grave, along with as much bio information as I can gather about them, I feel that I am honoring their lives, in some small way.
2. I want to capture as many of these old stones on disk before acid rain, vandalism, snowplows, and whatever obliterates them forever!
(Being a graveyard junkie, however, I am apt to take a picture of any interesting grave that catches my eye...regardless of the era)!

Eli Walcott
Jim,

Thanks for adding the short bio to Eli's memorial and linking him to his wife, Mary Flint Walcott.

I'll call Mountain View Cemetery Monday and ask if they'll take picture of the family markers. Noticed in the Mt View grave listing there are seven Walcott's in plot 79A, might be a family monument.

Thanks for your help and consideration.

Roger Walcott Whiting

I have submitted edits for Find A Grave Memorial# 5757555. You have my daughter listed as Joanne but her first name is actually JoAnne. Also her death was on March 1, 1997 not March 4. Thank you for including her; I just want to make sure the correction are done. Rhonda S. Tinkham (formerly Norris)

about Martha!
Thanks Jim for the transfer of Martha. Now I can start to link the family to Paul and martha I forgot to thank you for the transfer of Paul. I have a lot of photo requests for the Notre Dame cemetery in Worcester all relatives of one family or another but I guess there is to much snow yet to have them photoed.

RE: Kelley memorials #8288015,8288009 and 8288013
I am sincerely sorry for not asking nicely. My bad! This situation has been very time consuming to clean up and I had sent several messages to Memorial Managers yesterday to try and straighten out the mess and I didn't even finish my message to you before I hit send...so sorry! I didn't expect that you would transfer the Memorials to me, so I do sincerely thank you.
