I started into genealogy in 1990 and enjoy tracing my family's history, and learning about the history of the area's my ancestors lived in. I take pictures of many headstones when I go to a cemetery, so if you see a memorial page I have and you are related, don't hesitate to ask for a transfer. (If you would like for me to transfer a page to you, please let me know by using the "edit" button since that will provide both a link to the page and a link to your contributor page with the necessary ID# for the transfer).|
I especially try to get photos of our veteran's headstones as I believe they have all earned, besides our gratitude and other things, the right to have a memorial page on this site.
Anyone wishing to use the photos, in their genealogy, that I have posted on this website are free to use them.
Anyone wishing to have memorials that I have added removed from find a grave need only send a request. I put the memorial pages here so that family members in search of ancestors can find them, not to offend anyone.
Names I am tracing: Boone, Musser, Baney, Boston, Kyttle (Kittle), Monroe, Swire, King to name the main ones.

|ME Three||John Knox Freeman|
You have two memorials for this man one with his correct birth and death date 1860-1917 the other is from the headstone of Elizabeth Wilkeson and lists his dates as 1901-1917. Those dates were the length of their marriage. In 1934 she married Chauncy Hamlin who is also listed on her headstone with the dates 1934-1951 which was the length of their marriage which ended when she died in 1951. You could remove the second memorial for John Knox Freeman and Chauncy Hamlin as they are not correct. Thank You.

Thank you so much for transferring the management of the memorials for William Sloan, Eliza Sims Sloan and their three young children to me. You have created wonderful memorials and graced them with your lovely photographs. It is a great kindness you share when you make it possible for family and friends to "visit" a loved one's gravesite when they are physically unable to do so. I look forward to sharing these memorials with other family members and will be sure to credit you with the wonderful photos you have taken.
Could you also please transfer to me
134052216. A relative of mine. Thanks.

Thank you very much for taking the tombstones for the Canfield family you just sent. We recently learned they are cousins, sharing the first six generations in common from the immigrant ancestor.

Dear Jay, Thank you so much for making the many, many edits I have requested for some of your folks in Forest Lawn Cemetery. I have just connected this family in my own family tree, and the memorials you have created have been a tremendous help. Absolutely tremendous help! No, I don't want the Memorials transferred. I know I about have a heart attack when I look up and have 25, 50, or more edits to do with the very few folks whose Memorials I maintain. I apologize, but I still have a few "tidying up" to do on the Memorials. I am missing a vital link in the Tree, but I'm hoping she'll show up.
Thanks, again, Jay. Thank you very, very much.
