My main interest is to locate, record and photograph gravestones of my lineage as well as historical graves and comb graves. I also locate document and photograph prehistoric burial sites, when possible. |
Non-evasive Gravestone Conservation Photography is practiced during my visits so as to not discolor or damage the stone. Please do not ask that any type chemical product, flour, shaving cream, etc be placed on the stones for photos.
Please do specify your relationship when requesting transfers. Transfer requests should be for your direct relatives. If, by chance, the request concerns my direct relative it is very unlikely I will make the transfer.
I am a human being, if you think I have made a transcription mistake, please do let me know, in a nice humanly way. I respond very well to nice. :D
As time permits, I also try to photograph grave markers for others, so just place a request in the cemetery and when I check-in on Find A Grave I will try to help you out. (c) ASK PERMISSION TO USE MY PHOTOS.
Wish List: Restroom Facilities in Tourist Cemeteries.

|Denis Bekaert||Photo of wrong cemetery|
Thanks for all you work in helping others find grave locations. However, the photo included on my Mother's grave is of the wrong cemetery. I'm sure this is because the information on the memorial is incorrect. I notified the contributor of the error, so that should be corrected at some point. Julia E. D'Hondt Bekaert is actually buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro, TN, not in Tullahoma, TN.
Again, thanks for all your work in this area.

Where did you find these pictures of the old stones in the Old Bethel Cemetery (Moore County, TN)? They have been gone for many years. May I use the images in my work. I am a direct descendant of Andrew W. Walker and Elizabeth Motlow.
|Tommy Travis||church cemetery map coordinates are not right|
I have been mowing and keeping up with the church cemetery that has Abraham church, Haden church, Robert church and family in it and I have found that the map coordinates are not exactly right the coordinates should be
35.7135560, -87.2630840 can this be changed so family can find this cemetery? thank you.

You posted a picture on the Campbell cemetery page which is of the Campground cemetery. Do you have a picture for Campbell? If so, please post it to the cemetery page.

There is another memorial for HWC in the Panguitch City Cemetery. His headstone was removed from his burial place (your memorial) and taken to Panguitch. Someone created a memorial there and I have inherited it (#20642482). Rather than delete the memorial, since I didn't create it, I changed the biography to note that he is not buried in Pang., but is buried in Tennessee and have your memorial number 6162110 there. There is a long biography on the Panguitch memorial. It would be more appropriate on his real burial memorial. Would you like to copy it and put it on your memorial. It would create less confusion. Thanks.

Little Jimmie who was born to James Prosser and Wilma Jean (Angus) English Prosser, my aunt and uncle, was my 1st cousin who died in 1948 when my granddaddy couldn't stop the mule that was dragging him while his foot was stuck in a stirrup.
He was their 1st born and everyone loved little Jimmie. My aunt Mary (Angus) English Ferrell got him a headstone many years after he died. James died in a fire shortly after that.
If you could transfer him to me, it would be greatly appreciated.
