Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Adult Adoptee. I have been blessed with both loving (Adopted & Biological) Parents, Grandparents and extended family. In my search for my biological roots I was blessed by being able to find and meet both my birth parents and my loving and welcoming extended family. It was the process of this search that got me interested and started in Genealogy and in Find A Grave memorials. I really enjoy talking and meeting the people that make up our many branches of our tree, and those of others as well, and them helping me to tell their story. I am so humbled by and
thankful Jesus has given me this blessing , this miracle in my life and I give him the glory!. I believe it is important to honor our dead as well as those living, and in keeping their memory alive.

I most certainly will transfer Mr Hodges to you. What steps do I need to take to accomplish this task?

Thank you for the recent updates. Just a quick note, we're not suppose to use ALL CAPS in any of the name fields.

Thank you.

I don't have the original, but copied it at the Held-Poage Library, MCHS. They have a huge collection of county obituaries. Phone is 462-6969 or email They are open from 1-4 Wed through Fri.

Jennifer, Just to let you know I've emailed the Find A Grave Admin regarding the duplicate records for Forrest and Minnie.

Jennifer, I've contacted Cowboy regarding this and let him know that he should change the cemetery for not only Howard, but also for Minnie. Her memorial is duplicated as well. So, I will be removing both of my memorials. I was just at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. There is no cemetery there. It is a church and school. I can confirm that the two memorials I created were at the Valley Oaks Memorial Park.

Jennifer, thanks for catching that. I know that my memorial is the correct burial location and will remove my memorial since it is the most recently added memorial. I'll try to get a hold of cowboy and let him know so he can correct the location. Thanks again.

Emma Dick - Whitehall Cemetery
I didn't have time to search the whole cemetery, this trip. I am pretty sure I've seen her grave, though. I will try to sift through my old pictures, in case I can find one that I never got online.
