PLEASE DO NOT ADD COPIES OF DEATH CERTIFICATES TO MY MEMORIAL PAGES.|
I am 72 years old. At the age of 52 I became interested in family history because of my husband's daughter. She wanted some information about her family. Others had promised information but did not come thru with it so I told her I would help her. It was so much fun I have continued with my research. I am always happy to help in the search and photo taking of a monument. I have been helped many times in the past and hope to help others in the future. One outstanding person in Camden, Missouri, Janice Pennington, who is now my dear friend, is the main reason I became interested in Find A Grave. Through Genforum I requested one picture of a monument in a cemetery fairly close to her area. She saw my request, contacted me and told me she would get the picture for me. Not only did she get that picture but she sent me over 50 other pictures of my ancestors graves in the same cemetery. Because of her and also her husband Larry, I wanted to help others find graves of their families and take photo's of the headstones. That is when I found Find A Grave. Talk about getting your prayers answered, I did. Another lady, Roberta, who lives in Indiana, went to Kentucky and took over 70 pictures for me at 4 different cemeteries of my ancestors graves. The gratitude I have for these people makes me want to grab every photo request I can to help others.
If I can make a correction or add information to a memorial page, please let me know. If you would like to have one of my memorial pages transferred to you, (if they are not a member of my family), please let me know and I will do it. Please go thru the proper channels for any changes or transfers of a memorial page.

I do have Caroline in his bio as the first wife-hoping perhaps one day her burial place comes to light. Their eldest child born in 1866 is my husband's gg-grandfather-so I assume their marriage ca. 1865 as well, although I place her born ca.1849 as she is 11 in 1860 Leon, TX. The "vanishing" of the 1870 Palo Pinto census vexes me! So many clues would be there.....

You are very welcome. I also posted several other Kirkpatrick photos that were in the same area. There were also some that weren't listed that I added as well. Thank you for being a member of Find A Grave. I enjoy going to take pictures. It is very therapeutic, fun, and good exercise for me!

Thank you so much for your willingness to take the time to fulfill this photo request! Very much appreciated!
Mrs. Phipps: Thank you so much for searching for a tombstone for Clayton Patton in Monihans, Ward County, Texas.
You ask if he might be related to a Benjamin Patton also buried there and at this time I do not show him related to Benjamin.
Thank you for your time and trouble.

Please remove the fake headstone picture you placed on my memorial. It's against Find A Grave guidelines and I don't want it on my memorial.

You spelled Nachtigall correctly. I do not know who entered the other spelling for Marie Nachtigall.

Hi Joyce, I have the tombstone photo for Denise. She is buried with her husband. You have a note with the flower stating that you thought she must have been cremated. She is buried there,so could you remove the note.
Hope your doing well.
