Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born & raised & still reside in Tacoma, WA. I became interested in family history when a girl and enjoyed hearing the stories my aunts & uncles would tell of their childhood with my mother in the state of Maine. I have been researching for almost 60 years, and worked in the genealogy libraries locally for over 25 yrs., a member of Mary Ball DAR for 37 years, and have received 2 certificates of appreciation from the City of Tacoma for my work in the public library, genealogy division. Recently awarded a certificate from the Washington State Gen. Soc for genealogical contributions since 1957. My husb. & I have walked through many graveyards, and have charted several that were rural graveyards and hope to enter the data for others to view. Have a special interest in my mother-in-laws family from Central Louisiana. Think this is a wonderful website.

James C. Powell/Craig Cemetery
I am hoping you can give me some proof that James C. Powell is located at the Craig Cemetery. I have a study that was done back in the 1980's plus the updates that I did over 10 years ago. My grandparents, great grandparent and great great grandparents are all buried at Craig Cemetery, along with several aunts and uncles. I have never seen anything on this man. I am updating my info and wanted to include any new info. Please send anything you have.
Thank you

Francis "Neg" Bell
I read on this entry "Francis "Neg" Bell was the s/o Jean Bapt. & Marie (LaForet) Bell. m. # 1, Henrietta Diehls (1839-1882; #2, Mary Jane Price (1863-95; #3, Isabell Belgard, (1864-1939)"

Does this mean that Francis Bell was married 3 times to #1, #2, & #3?
I am trying to track down a Henryeatee Bell that was married to Francis Bell and had a daughter named Sarah Francis Pratt Bell Atwood.

Thanks for any help.

RE: colburn
Thanks. My grand father, Alonzo Krotzer, had a half brother, Henry Wetzig, who lived in Washington state. I haven't worked on the Krotzer side for a while. My mom always told me we were related to most of the people buried at Minnetrista Baptist Cemetery.

RE: colburn
I can take it over if you want. Both of his parents are listed on gravefinder. His father, Charles C. Colburn is buried in Itasca, MN. I believe that is also the name of the cemetery.
His mother, Mattie M. Colburn is buried in Sunny Slope Cemetery in Mott, ND.
