We can all do more helping each other than we can working alone.|
Working my way through entries I manage in Collin, Wise County and Clay County, Texas. I gained management of a large group of them just recently so is a work in progress.
Earthman Resthaven Cemetery in Houston, Harris County, Texas is a "project" of sorts for me, I have added over 15,000 entries and pictures to this cemetery so far.
If additional information is offered, happy to update entries I manage. I like to connect entries to their spouse and parent's entries, makes it much easier to move around for everyone and adds value to the entry.
Primary lines: Hollis, Patterson, Maxwell, Davenport, Combest, Riggins, Hammonds, Peck, Dick. But am collecting data on all associated surnames.
I love pictures, it brings a little life to these "dead" names on paper we work on every day. smile....Concerning the pictures I post to the Findagrave website, we have to make them smaller to fit on the webpage which means you can't zoom in on the picture to pick up details. If this is case on one you need, write me, I'll try to find the original and send it to you.
I choose to follow Findagrave guidelines for transfer, which can be found on the Findagrave FAQ page, but in summary.
I transfer your ancestors or your descendants or your siblings unless they are my ancestors as well, but remember your grandfather's sister's nephew is not your ancestor....I accept they are part of your family, but let's keep it your ancestors, your siblings or your descendants.
For updates or connections, please the "Suggest a correction" feature on an entry for update or transfer, this gives me a shortcut to the entry as well as sending me the correction you wish made. Typically, I will get the update or connection done the same or next day unless I am out of town.
Please don't make duplicates of existing entries, it is confusing to us all, having said that if I have made a duplicate it was an accident, please advise me so I can get it fixed either by deletion or having findagrave merge the 2 entries to preserve flowers or connections.
Some findagravers insist on having multiple surnames in the surname field because of several marriages, please use the surname they died with as it makes a search for them nigh on to impossible otherwise.

|Glenn M. Massey||Reference # 75638252 Ethel Mercer not Ethel Marie Bussell Massey Legge|
I have submitted changes to this memorial. I believe back in 2015 I requested you show name to be Ethel Marie Bussell Massey Legge. I made a mistake. Ethel's name should be Ethel Mercer, born 15 January 1906, Newfoundland, Canada and death Feb 1976, Houston, Harris, Texas. She indeed is married to Eric Pervical "Stanly" Legge. They were married on Decenber 20, 1926 in New York City, New York. Reference New York City, Marriages Indexes, 1907 - 1995 for Stanley Legge and Ethel Mercer. I also submitted that relationship status of parents Bussell and Heirs be deleted. I have made new memorial # 179233874 for Ethel Marie Bussell Massey and have linked with her parents and husband Thurman William Massey. I found her death certificate and states she is buried in Woodlawn Garden of Memories, which is now known as Woodlawn Cemetery. I do not know how to remove siblings (Bussell) from Ethel Mercer Legge memorial. Both Ethel's were born in 1906 and both died in 1976. I am sorry for all the trouble I have caused you. I want to ensure the information is correct. I thank you for your understanding and hope we can correct my mistakes. God Bless.

|Lesli Anglin Lewis||Samuel Andrew Anglin|
I would like to make a correction on this memorial. Samuel is my 3 great grandfathers son. The family was not and never did live on the Drury land tract. They settled in Climax Texas about 40 miles from said land. The Anglin's and Shipman's helped settle Climax and built the Church of Christ that was rebuilt on the same spot. No one has ever been able to verify how Samuel's grandfather Aaron Monroe died, he is my 4 great grandfather. Thank you,
|June||Edna Agnes Braswell|

Just thought I would let you know, Edna Braswell passed on April 6, 2017 in McKinney. Was going to add her, but you already did.
Also, she is in Blue Ridge Cemetery

Can you tell me why this persons name on the memorial is BRISTER when the tombstone says MORGAN (like her husband). Did she remarry after her husband died?
