Also, I rejoice with you! My mom has/had
AML (Leukemia). They gave her about 9 mos
to live and asked if she like to try a new kind
of medicine that was promising?
She did. It put her in "medicinal remission"
and that was over 10 years ago. She still has
bad days from time to time (as the medicine
is strong) but she's still here.
We rejoice over every precious day... I pray
you and your husband have many such days
to rejoice over. Who would've guessed we'd
have another whole decade. So, celebrate!

The stone for the Allisons at Arlington National was put in place this week, and I've posted photos on their memorials for you. Not sure why it took 1.5 years, but...
Thank you for your patience.

Hi, Just another update to let you know that the new stone for William and Marlene Allison at Arlington National is still not in place. This is very unusual, as Mrs. Allison was buried in March 2015, so that makes 1.5 years that the stone has taken so far. It may be that the family hasn't decided what they want inscribed on the stone, or that the stone came in with an error and had to be reordered. At any rate, I continue to check for it and will let you know when the photos are posted for them. Thanks!

|A Horan||Marlene & William Allison at ANC|
Several months ago, you requested a photo of the headstone for Marlene Allison at Arlington National -- I claimed that request and let you know that their stone was not in place, following Mrs. Allison's burial in March 2015. Normally, headstones at ANC take 4-5 months to be put in place, but, for some reason, theirs has now taken substantially longer than that. I was there today, and their stone is still not in place. I just wanted to assure you that I continue to check on their site weekly for you, and, once their stone is finally in place, I will photograph it, post the photos, and notify you.
Thank you for your continued patience!
