If you know of relationship links that need to be added or any corrections to be made, feel free to notify me. I will be happy to add any additional information you have on a memorial.Geneology work is much easier due to the information found on FAG. The more information that can be added, the better to help those searching for friends and relatives.If I find a duplicate I will send a message to the person that posted the most recent one. If they do not respond I send it on to the FAG administration. There is no need for duplicates. If I request a correction or addition and it is not acted upon, I send those on to FAG for review.If you request a transfer please tell me how you are related. Also please make sure you have messages on your profile enabled. I have had requests that I would like to respond to but I have no way of contacting the person making the request because their messages are disabled and there is no email listed for them.Thanks!|

Hi. I do not know what happen but I did not add that picture to your memorial. I have never done any graves in the US. It is a picture from a Canadian graveyard I took. I am guessing its a glitch of some sort. It is under my name so allows me to delete and I have done so

The burial is in the Swedish Rest Cemetery as you know. In the 1980's some of the women's service groups as I understand it, published these cemetery lists from a combination of canvassing the cemetery and access to the cemetery records.
When my husband and I photographed and entered the graves we used their list for additional information, but did not find (or missed photographing) a memorial for Mildred. Here is what is in the list they created:
Mildred Carlson, wife of E.C. 1889/23 Dec. 1938
Edwin C.Carlson, 13 mar. 1888/25 Aug. 1957. We have a few entries in that cemetery to check out, but have been unable to recently.

Hello, Would it be possible for you to take a photo of the picture on the headstone of H Darlene West and Jim West? Their children have been searching for a photo of them. Thank You.
Wanted to let you know added a marker photo for Kenny Slife.

|Dorothy Downer Saddler||Thank you!|
A very heartfelt thank you for the memorial you have created for my friend, Richard D. Fry. One of the best patriots our nation has had and will be missed by many.
His favorite motto was "When an honest man finds he is wrong, he either stops being wrong, or he stops being honest."

Sounds like we missed each other. My husband started at NVHS in the fall of 1974 as the chemistry/physics teacher. SPPS had just closed. Over 1/2 of the staff was new with almost all of those being fresh out of college. The principal was also in his first year as a principal. The principal only lasted a year but most of the staff stayed on - some for their entire career.
In terms of genealogy, my mom's family is from the Woodson / Coffey county area. Surnames include Mentzer, Briles, Ricketts, and Wells.

Exactly when were you at NVHS? My husband, Michael, started there in the fall of 1974.

I haven't decided whether you are a MENTZER family researcher or a YATES CENTER cemetery researcher.
Either way, I want to thank you for all of the memorials you have created for the MENTZER family and/or the Yates Center Cemetery.

You're welcome. You might want to wait a while and then request a photo again at a later date. I may answer the request, but someone will. I myself do not live in Burlington. I live 24 miles away in Waverly. I do go to Burlington occasionally for a doctor appointment or for other business since Burlington is out County seat.
|C Lynch||RE: St. Martin's Cemetery|
The date of James M (Matthew) Lynch' birth and death (2/16/1978) are correct on the stone. He is my son. Thank you for changing it. If you need more confirmation, I can provide it.
