Hello. I've successfully traced my family tree and have found that I'm the granddaughter of Charles from his first wife Dorothy. Please contact me if interested in more info. Thanks, Cindi

|Betty||MacNEAR family of MA, RICE family of ME|
I am very interested in finding a descendant of Charles and Amelia (RICE) MacNEAR (McNEAR) of Medford, MA. I know of 3 sons, born in MA in 1870's. Charles W. MacNEAR, Warren MacNEAR, and Harry MacNEAR.
When they left Maine ~1870, Amelia's brother, Charles W. RICE, b1850 Lubec, ME, traveled with them . They came down to Boston. Charles RICE was my great-great-grandfather. He died in 1916 in Ashland, MA, at the home of his nephew, Warren MacNEAR.
He was buried in the MacNEAR plot in the cemetery in Medford, MA, and I have a picture of that gravestone.
No one in my family has a picture of Charles RICE, and I very much hope that some descendant of the MacNEAR family has a picture of him.
Betty (near Lowell, MA)

Saw that a Dawn Pul is the one who posted a picture of my late parents head stone and I am curious who she is and why? Trying to reach her. Thank You Holly

There is a disconnect on this report. The birthdate of Anna Anderson Cone must be wrong. Three reasons--1st, the stone says she died 1846 age 66. That means born about 1780. 2nd. Her mother was born abt 1758--13 years old and having a child? 3rd--parents Robert and Anna (Hungerford) Anderson were married 7 May 1776. Where did the 1771 birthdate come from if you don't mind my asking?
Hi DVCP, Attempted an e-mail but it came back to me. Chalk one up for technology!
I'm confused, could you confirm for me whether the name on this stone is Aaron W or Andrew W.
Thank you so much

Thank you! I am attempting to find as many of my Smith ancestors as I can. Big job with Smith. Ransford is a name that continues to show up through many generations. Can you link William Ransford with his dad on Find-a-Grave? I would appreciate it, so others won't have to wonder.
Thank you so much for sponsoring these graves and for responding to me so quickly.

Good Morning D,
Thank you for letting me know you added the photos, I didn't get a notice again. The photos look great D and the additional names I'll have to look into probably from Edward's wife's side.
You have been a great deal of help and I truly appreciate it very much.
Have a beautiful day !
