RE: cooks
Thank you very much Mike. I see that Alex Cook (Civiel War)is not listed in either cemetery on-line but a lady had told me that he was buried at the Camp Branch Baptist cemetery, and I am certain he is my gr grandfather. She did not think there were any dates on it. Do you remember if there were any indentions in it at all? I really would have loved to know his birth date so I could tie him in with a certain Thomas Cook Family there. Thanks a lot, and I would love a photo sometime when you can get to it or know someone I could contact. Appreciate your time. Sue Gambrell

Dear Mike, I was told by a distant relative that my gr grandfather, Alex Cook, is buried at one of the Camp Branch cemeteries there. He was born about 1840 and md several times so I am really interested in any of the Cooks or Gilchrists that maybe be buried there. His first wife and my gr grandmother would have been Effie Gilchrist. A photo of his grave would be immensely appreciated as well. I would be happy to pay you since distance and age keeps me from visiting. Alex was in the Civil War. Thanking you in advance.
Sue in Ms.
