Your tombstone stands neglected and alone.
The name and date are chiseled out on polished, marbled stone.
It reaches out to all who care. It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist. You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you in flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our heart contracts and beats a pulse entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled so many years ago.
Spreads out among the ones you left who would have loved you so.
I wonder as you lived and loved, I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot and come to visit you.

|JANET (Simmerman) BARNABY||JOHN (1815) DeWitt #35413033|
in his "last will" John refers to daughter Mary Etta (35413590) and Elizabeth Ellen "Lizzie" (103389023)......please re-check this when you can and make necessary changes. THANK YOU
|Laura Tieffel||Mary Alexander Campbell Zike|
If this is the correct one. She is my 3x Great Grandmother. She was married first to Gelkey Campbell and they had 2 or 3 children. He died during the Civil war. She then married a Zike. May want to check into this. If so you may want to check if those Children were Campbell's or Zikes.

I am doing Ellen Manuel's edits for her as she is ill.
Please send your source for Mrs. Goldsmith's middle name of Etta that you requested.
Her son, Eudoris' death certificate lists her as Ermina Parker. Her son, Harvey Turner Goldsmith's death certificate and his social security application lists her as Ermine Parker. Her daughter, Gertrude's death certificate lists Erma Harper. I assume Harper is suppose to be Parker.

I did not add a memorial to findagrave for Bertha Harshbarger (on same marker with Silas). If you add her memorial, you may copy & paste a picture of the marker on her memorial page. I did not find any other Lupardus' in this grave lot either.

It creates some confusion and duplicate memorials being created when folks don't know where someone is buried. I'm seeing this with many of my Raines relatives. Martha was my great-aunt and is buried at Old Pine Cemetery in Purgitsville, Hampshire County, WV. Many other of my family members are buried there. Unfortunately, I became a member in March 2012 and many family members had memorials created before then. Now, I can only request edits, which are many times ignored or questioned. Request for transfers are most often unanswered. Perhaps you and the person that created memorial #91828451 can resolve the duplicate memorial situation. Sincerely, Alan Wetzel, son of Betty L. (Raines) Whetzel.

I found the birth certificate on ancestry.com and linked it to my Christie tree, but do not have a copy. Her father was Joseph Lomax (listed as Josephus on some records). Her mother was Thelma Frances Arnold. Patricia’s maiden name was Lomax.
Per their death certificates, Joseph and Thelma Lomax were buried in Graceland Memorial Park, which Find A Grave calls Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.

Hi: I am referring this back to you per my Personal Find A Grave Bio., Paragraphs 4-7, and will gladly transfer the memorial upon your request. Have a good day.
I have transferred her memorial to you. And to answer your question, she was married to my great-uncle.

Sandra, thanks for the notice of a duplicate memorial on Jack Rindlisbacher. However, I am unable to pull up another memorial for Jack by search or by the link http://findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=173293448 you sent me.
I have left my memorial up. If you could send me the original link that works, I will take mine down.

|Sharon Wilhelm||Clarence C Poore and Edna M Poore|
I have a copy of the St. John's Cemetery book and both are buried there. However, when I went to the cemetery there are no tombstones there. The book I have is dated 1984, 22 years ago, and in this book in Section V of the cemetery they are buried in row 12. At that time there were only funeral director markers with Clarence C. Poore dated of 1900 - 1959 and Edna M Poore 1904 - 1959. If you would like a picture of the area of the cemetery where they are buried and a scanned copy of this page in the book please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will be glad to help.
