Bio Photo While we are always happy to make edits, share photos, and add information our ability to do so has changed. We are now full-time RV'ers and don't always have access to wi-fi. Please be patient when sending us edits and we will accept them as soon as possible.

We are also happy to transfer a memorial upon request as long as the memorial is not related to either one of us. Thank you for your understanding.

Please stop by and visit my son's memorial page Jim Pickens. I would appreciate it. -- Pam

RE Jimbo
Pam, A parent should never have to bury a child. That is what I told my son 33 years ago when he left for college. He is now 51 and I feel the same way. Even though I only see him once a year, I don't think I could bear life without him in it. So, for your courage and your love for your son, my hat is off to you. Speaking of him the way you have here took huge amounts of both.

RE: Jimbo
I can feel your sorrow, both in losing him and in how unfair "D" is! I sponsored it out of respect for you and Dave, you are two wonderful people and I have always valued getting to know you, while looking for your Dyer Lines, which i dont think we ever found her?

My Heart goes out to you and Your family at this time of Loss, no matter how temporary this loss maybe, it feels like an eternity now.

Pam - I am so terribly sorry about the loss of your son. There are certainly no words to take that pain away. Beautiful tribute you did in his bio. Brought me to tears. You all did something right in raising a good human being who was loved by all. Take care,
Connie Lou

OMG. Fall off chair and hit my head. You guys are still alive? Nice to see you doing some cemetery work in between your RVing stops. HA! Hope you are enjoying retirement. I can't wait!

Just noticed you have the same memorial listed in the fulton cemetery as in a sterling cemetery,104705590 is one of them. Assuming she is in the fulton one and it was a mistake.

Your bio
I just now noticed that your bio mentions that you are full-time RVers. That sounds like a dream to me. Congratulations on your new lifestyle, and I hope you enjoy yourselves immensely.

RE: Orion Grove
Hi Pam -- I'm glad that the obit was useful to you. I'm sort of obsessed with obituaries; many of them have solved mysteries for me. And I agree about the name Orion. We need more Orions in the world. Thanks for your note and thank you for posting the obituary. I'm always relieved when I see your names on memorials; you've never failed to be responsive and responsible. Thanks for everything! --Sheila
