I live in Converse County, Wyoming and have done genealogy work and lookups for people for years. I enjoy helping people find their ancestors!

I volunteered at the Douglas Library several years ago to make copies of obituaries on microfilm and put them in notebooks from 1886 to the present. I have just finished doing the same for Glenrock papers, so I have easy access to lots of obituaries from Converse County (about 15,000).

I have the book "Pages from Converse County's Past" which has many stories of Converse County pioneers; and I will be glad to check the index for you.

Betty, You were so generous by sending me Florence. I hope you will look her up as you will see why I wanted her. Thank you again,

You are more than welcome. Thank you thank you! I have also done a great deal of work on Find A Grave's in Wyoming but mostly Nebraska. My family tree is close to 40,000 people. My tree is fat and sometimes high. I have put together as many Find A Graves as possible in my tree connecting one another. Also helping others in there family search. I'm not the best at it but do my very best in helping others. It takes a village and with these efforts our family roots are not lost.

Betty, my paths cross again seeing your name on more of my family's Find A Grave Memorials. I just want to say thank you for all you do in helping me and others putting there families together in our Find A Grave community.

Betty has done an amazing job. She follows through our familiy trees like no other person I have ever came across in our Find A Grave community. Thank her for an amazing job. It's people like her we should be thankful of so our family paths are not lost in the dust.

Hello Betty, I was wondering if you were related to Florence and if you are, would you be willing to put a list of ancestors on the memorial for her? It is a long list begining around 1680 when one of her ancestors came over with William Penn. It is informamtion that I do not think her family could possibly know. The common ancestor that we connect with was Samuel Knight and Hannah Cain. Hannah's father was a REV WAR soldier. There is a story there too. Samuel had a sister that married Hannahs father late in life but they had 4 children. lol I hope to hear from you.

I really would appeciate this.

Yes, i have two accounts to help me keep my family organized, and separate, and another for all the others. I try to transfer as many memorials as I can to their family members. I'm not picky, if someone wants to take care of a memorial, even if it is just an old friend or neighor, I let them have it.

Snow melted off pretty quick, just setting in the shady spots. I have some more pictures to upload.
