I was born in Houston, TX and have continued to live my life here; but, I love to travel and search for the grave sites of my ancestors. I started doing the family genealogy when I was in my early 20's. At that time I had small children so genealogy went along in slow-motion- mostly talking to family members and writing everything down in a note book. That was before the personal computer, of course. Now that the children are grown and we have more time on our hands, my husband has joined me in the search for information on our ancestors. Since we are both retired now more time to travel and work on genealogy. We also add side trips to visit our grandson in Florida, family and friends around the country, lighthouses and we always do a little antiquing along the way. The photo above shows me descending the circular stairway in St Augustine Lighthouse in Florida.

Please visit our daughter and grand-daughter's memorials:

Would you please transfer this memorial to me? Andrew Jackson Bralley, my grandfather. Second request, not sure if you saw the first one.

Ok, Family Members in Dallas & Tarrant Counties. I did have the grave-maker photograph for Grandfather and Grandmother so you could check the dates (Birth and Death); However it was merged by another relative and now you don't have the information you all requested at our last reunion, I will try to add that photo back as soon as I can. Thank you for all your contributions, Lesley, and would you please let the parent/spouse link info for the above memorial flow through, linking Bonnie to her parents ?

Thanks in advance :)

Hello Lesley - would you mind deleting the Restland sign from my father's memorial? I'd like to add another photo of him and I am already at the maximum. Thank you so much!

Would you consider transferring the memorial for Andrew Jackson Bralley to me? He was my grandfather. I manage his wife Winnie Naomie Bralley also.

Memorial Park
Hi Lesley,
We respectfully request permission to use the entrance photo in our personal tree. Bruce has a cousin interred there and the photo will make a great addition to our tree.

Thanks for your consideration.

Laura F. Hooks' husband
Laura F. Hooks is married to Walter M. Robinson on the 1880 census. Texas marriage records report her marrying Wattie M. Robinson in Collin Co on Dec 3 1875. Is the census wrong? Is the marriage really to Willie M. and not Wattie M. ?

Add Child
Lesley, could you please add my mother Mae Lucille Smith-Westfield to the memorial for Henry Washington Smith as his daughter? Her birth and death were 1901-1964. Your assistance would be deeply appreciated.
