Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was bitten by the genealogy bug about 8 years ago, walking through and searching cemeteries became part of it. I find cemeteries a most peaceful and calming place. I spend most of my free time photographing and transcribing my local cemeteries.
I also clean headstones, my passion is edging and cleaning Military Footstones in Honor of my father, my hero and my best friend. He passed away in 2006 and I miss him dearly.
I have added 1000's of names and photos to the North Elba Cemetery and St Agnes Cemetery in Lake Placid NY. I will be happy to transfer management to anyone related to the beloved who wants it.

Lester W. Beane
Thank you for all the research and work you do.
Lester W Beane is my deceased father's brother. How he got the surname Beane is a mystery. My father is Herman Behan, son of Fredrick Behan and Harriet Vivlamore Behan. One of the brothers of my father is Oliver and his surname is La Fave, and that translates to 'the bean.' I met Lester in the 1940's I believe, in Lake Placid, NY. Specifically I would like to find a link between the names and whether there are any graves with the names Vivlamore, Beane, Behan, La Fave and Emma Bova.

Thank you.

Would love a copy of all the pieces of her tombstone. I am trying to submit a DAR application through her and would need all info possible. Even if it isn't 100% legible.

Thank you.

I can see that there probably was no death date on the gravemarker but I am wondering if you have a contact phone number, email, or USPS address for the caretaker at the cemetery. I would like to contact someone there to see if there is a burial date or who owned the plot so I can trace this ancestor. Any information you can supply me would be helpful as you are closer geographically. I am in Texas. Bob Munroe

Please remove the top photograph from this memorial; it does not belong here. This is the photo of the gravestone in Vermont and it's on the memorial there. Only the gravestone from this cemetery should be on the memorial here.
Thank you very much,
Janet Muff

William & Mary (Joy) Smith
My name is Tim LaFountain, William Smith was my GG Grandfather. George Smith was my Grandmothers father, my grandma was Bertha (Smith) LaFountain. I have only been able to trace the Smiths back to Isaac & Catherine (Trombly)Smith, I would be interested if you had any more details. Thank you.

David Watson Memorial# 76310950
Hi -

I noticed there was quite a bit of information on the memorial page for David Watson (1823-1877), and I'm wondering if you connect to him in some way. I am researching his probable son, Edward Watson, who after leaving NY, settled in Hardin Co., IA. I'd love to compare notes if David & Edward are in your family.

Gravestone photo ues request
Hi there. I am researching victims of the Iroquois Theater fire in 1903 and ask permission to use your photo of the gravestone for Ora Rimes Kingsley.
Find A Grave Memorial# 118795411. Ora was orphaned when her parents and brothers died in the fire.

Thank you for your consideration
