Yes, of course I love genealogy! I'm addicted! Aren't we all. After all it's in our blood!|
I volunteer for FindAGrave along with contributor JGBC, my son, who is also a crazed genealogist.
Most of our family has been in the good old USA from the 1620's on. So if you're wondering if our New England lines may be the same as yours...yes probably.
Before the USA, my lines were from ALL OVER Western Europe.
Including but not necessarily limited to,
England. Ireland. Scotland. Varmland, Sweden.
France. Baden-Württemberg. Lower-Saxony.
São Jorge, & Pico Islands of The Azores.
PHOTO REQUESTS we claim at Pacific Crest Cemetery usually range from 1-7 days servicing, as we venture to the Cemetery about once a week...unless it's raining or there is a holiday were people like to decorate graves. Unfortunately a large number of the requests that we receive are unmarked. If this is the case, we will take a photo of the actual unmarked grave anyhow - often marking it with a pine cone. We always take multiple, hi res. pictures so that you can see the grave itself and area in which it is located.
Just FYI, IF I PHOTOGRAPHED YOUR LOVED ONES GRAVE as a result of your request, please use the image as you would like. It is yours!
Also, in the event I created a memorial for your loved one, I would really prefer you were the "owner" of their memorial. I don't care if it's your 10th GGF, I feel they should be yours! JUST ASK ME and please tell me HOW YOU'RE RELATED and "Request A Photo". We want every grave we've created to have a grave image and grave location. The easiest way to request a transfer is to leave me a message on my Contributor page explaining your request, and I will get on it at my earliest convenience!
Please do the same if someone requests a loved ones grave that you manage and are not related to.
Sorry, I won't let go of MY families memorials.
PLEASE send any and all edit requests by selecting EDIT on the memorial.

Thank you so much for these pictures of my grandparents headstones. I would have never seen them or gotten out to California to do this. You are a blessing...thank you

Thank you so much for transferring my relative so quickly! I really appreciate it. I love finding out family info, and this part of the family was something I've been working on for years. Have a nice weekend! Blessings,

Raymond Robert La Rose #157711109 is the husband on my great aunt. I have been researching their family (mine through my dad's side) for awhile now and was very happy to see his memorial. I have all of his other info and would like to know if you will transfer his memorial to me. Thank you!

Hi,thank you for adding my great grandfather's memorial. I have been looking for his burial location for years. Would you be kind enough to transfer it to me? Thank you in advance.
