Your tombstone stands among the rest;
neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
on polished, marbled stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I'd exist
You died and I was born.
Yet each of us are cells of you
in flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
one hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot,
and come to visit you.

Hi. I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer this memorial to me. Peggy is my first cousin and it would mean a lot. Thank you...
|Dee Morey||Selma Brunnell 56253338|
Your site lists Selma as Selma Brunnell. She was actually Selma Louise Ross Fredrickson 1891-, married to Otto Fredrickson 1881-1967. They had the children you list and 3 others, 2 of which I have not yet made sites for. There was also a Selma Brunnell Fredrickson in the family 1898- Married to Fredrik Victor Fredrickson 1875-1947. Perhaps you could make the change or give me ownership of the site. Thank you so much. Dee
Thank you so much for her memorial. I will try to scan in photos of her and Bob.
Appreciate your time and care.

Her father was William S Jenkins but her mother was Mary Jane Vowell.
Martha Jane Belieu died in 1858 so she cannot be her mother.

Becky, thank you for transferring management of the memorial for my Great-aunt Agnes. As time permits, I will work on adding a bio and photographs. Julie

|PK||Roy David Olson|
In researching Marrold H. Olson I discovered a brother Roy David Olson born in North Dakota on Feb 10, 1914 to Elias & Inga Olson. I found a copy of Roy's baptism (April 5, 1914) reflecting that date. This same Roy died April 18, 1954 in Bothell, Washington.
You posted pics of Roy David Olson, grave memorial #24489813, with the death date of April 18, 1954 but with a different birth date. Is there any way you can confirm if these are one and the same?

This is the grave of my maternal grandparents. My grandmother Della E. Murray, is buried on top of my grandfather. She died in 1969, but there was no adjoining plot. My daughter and I visited the grave in September, 2013, and I have a picture of the headstone. So, something happened to the stone right before your post. I attempted to upload the picture but was unsuccessful. The headstone was in excellent condition at the time we visited. Due to transportation difficulties, I have not been able to visit like I wanted. But with that problem solved, I am actively looking into the missing headstone.
