Cross Creek Cemetery #1
I wanted to know if you have a list of names to go with the wonderful map of the burial sites for Cross Creek Cemetery #1. We are looking for information about James Foster 1846. His Find A Grave # is 52597875
Do you have a # where I can call the manager of the grave yard?? Thank you so much, Judy Church

RE: Hays Burial Ground
If I am ever in the area again, I will try. It's gated and locked.

You're welcome. Was Herbert related to the Howarths?

Hello.

Jacob Lucas appears to be my great grandfatherx4. Do you by chance have any information about his parents or their names?
Thanks!

Death Certificates
http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal/server.pt/community/research_topics/3162/ancestry_com_pennsylvania/1575348

Pennsylvania residents get free access to Pennsylvania Death Certificates. Go to the above url, scroll down and put in a valid Pa Zip code (19344 works for me). Scroll down and click the blue Pa Archives line and a search engine will appear.

currently, deaths from 1906 to 1944 are available. By December 2015, up to 1966 will be available and then an additional year as we move forward.

Good luck with your research.

BTW: The American Mechanic's Cemetery records are housed at the Chester County Historical Society in West Chester, Pa.
