Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am in the process of volunteering at/working with Owen Cemetery, (Thomas Township, Saginaw, MI) to record all of the names of the people buried there and photograph all grave sites.

It's become important to me to provide as much info. as possible for anyone looking for family members, so pardon my edits....but I'm hoping they'll help people find the correct family members, or just add info for people who are looking for family connections.

September 20, 2013.
I just discovered this site and am learning a LOT about my family history.
My family's names are: Knepper, Graham, Pringle, McNicol, Bracey and Uptegrove.
Thanks to this site, I found and 'met' my father's family. No easy task, when his mother died in childbirth after having his youngest brother, and his dad left them.
Thanks to all of you who do this! It meant the world to me to 'find' them. Now I'm on a quest to find out more.....and in the process I want to help others...just like several others have helped me.

RE: William H Beach memorial
That's perfectly fine with me. I am not related either. I created his page as part of a project to get Pine Tree Cemetery graves posted. That's perfectly fine with me if you would like to transfer it. Anytime I find family for pages I'm not related to, I try to transfer management, because I know I appreciate being able to take ownership of my family's pages. Thank you for all you do!

Re: Catherine Seemann
Thank you for the photo of Catherine's headstone! She died young, but was related to my great-great-uncle.

RE: William McBratnie
Thanks for transferring Wm McBratnie to me. I am going to transfer the memorial to William's great granddaughter. She can decide what she wants to post on it.

Comments on Ruth Myrtle Whipple Mertz
You're right about the 1900 Census, George McCrory and Hannah Catherine (Brownell) McCrory are the maternal grandparents. They moved to St Charles, Saginaw County in the 1870s from Leo, Indiana. (My distant cousin Margaret's ancestors.)

And about Charles Frederick/Frederick Charles Whipple, the names were used interchangeably. Charles' father William Whipple died in St Charles in 1881 but isn't listed on Findagrave.

Happy Hunting
