Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired teacher who became interested in my family tree about five years ago. Findagrave became a vital resource in my search. So much so, that I decided to post all the gravestones for my hometown cemetery, Forest Hill, in hopes of helping others looking for their loved ones. My family surnames are Richmond, Cluff, Dailey, and Schultz.

My email on my Find A Grave member page. Thanks again.
If you have more on Ben Gorton perhaps you could share with me.

RE: Contrite
Hello Barb,

I looked in my email because I usually send myself a copy of all request and suggestions. I could not find one on this person and so far I can not find them in my family tree, So again I am not sure how your message was sent to me. As far as I can see I have not been hacked. It seems that the other person may be related to the person in the memorial so let them keep the memorial.

Thank you,
Penny Nelson Randolph

Hello Barb,

I got your email that you transferred Cornelius W Cortrite to me but when I went to the memorial and it shows that it has a different owner.

So I guess that there was a mix up. Did I request this memorial or did Love My Ancestors

RE: Mary Spratt
I don't have the obit. I was reading a BCTribune looking for proof that another person was buried in Pioneer Cemetery when I saw her obit. Since my grandmother used to live next to a Spratt, I took extra interest in reading the obit and then seeing if she was on Find A Grave. I gave you the obit source so that you knew that the edits that I had suggested through Find A Grave edit tabs were legitimate! Sorry, I no longer have the paper that I wrote down the date of the paper, page # or column #. I was reading it online at

RE: Memorial # 157444459
When you do a name search, if a memorial has a photo posted to it, a small icon appears next to the name--a little gravestone for gravestone photos, and a little framed Mona Lisa for photos of the person. Famous people have a small gold star. Sponsored memorials have a little red heart. You don't see these on the opened memorials, though. Hope this helps!
