We do rely on community contributions for additional information on memorials, as that is the way the site is designed. We have not personally researched all the information, trust that those suggesting edits have better knowledge of the individual than we do. Meaning, we do not verify edits. We know some people disagree with this approach, but our aim was to document cemeteries to aid others researching, not perform genealogical research on every person. Additionally, when we become a memorial ourselves, we will have no control over edits.

So please, don't get negative if information is incorrect. Do your part and correct it. That's how a wiki works. Please make sure your info is correct as well.

Please submit edits through the Edit function for faster processing. Edits left in messages may get overlooked as we don't stay as up to date with messages. If you want information added to the bio section, please make sure you send that in a format that we can simply cut and paste. If we have to try to make sense of confusing information or we can't tell exactly what you want to say, we will simply delete it.

We are happy to transfer family members. Please request that through the memorial, so we know exactly which memorial you want to manage and makes the transfer quick and simple. Please note that we prefer to keep members in our family tree under our management, and hope you understand this. No negative comments if we do not transfer. Of course, requests for memorials falling under transfer guidelines will be honored.
