|Bio and Links|
I started researching my family history after my mother passed away in 2011. Fortunately for me she had everything written down so it gave me a good head start. My wife did not have much on her family so I started looking to see how much I could find on her family.|
I found out early on the only way to do this was to walk the entire cemetery and try to link each person back. Doing it this way I was able to find relatives that I wouldn't have been able find otherwise. Family plots give a lot of clues about the family that are not obvious otherwise.
I am happy to add any family information since it makes it easier for others to find the memorial, any bio information should be written so it can be copied over. Please use the edit tab and the Suggest a correction link when sending information or requesting a transfer, it makes it easier and reduces the chance of an error. If you are looking for a response to any questions, please provide an email address.
Any gravestone pictures I've posted may be used for non-commercial use, family trees, Ancestry, etc. Credit should be noted with the picture.
Please do not post death certificates to my memorials, rather enter the transcribed information through the edit tab. If I wanted the death certificate on the memorial, I would have put it there myself.

Hi Joe, I approved your name change for Maude Horn Eichner at the UWE in Allentown. This is the information we have in the cemetery data base, but I will defer to your knowledge of Maude and family.
Regards, UWE Volunteer Jerry Haas

Joe, I couldn't thank you enough for the latitude and longitude information for the Urdanivia children's grave you have so selflessly provided. Best regards from Pinoy Pride.

Joe, I can't thank you enough for photographing and posting the tombstone for Hannah F. Crone. She is my husband's gg grandmother and part of an intriguing family story that I've been working to prove. Her husband never remarried and eventually moved to Virginia where his son Christian was stationed in the Navy. We didn't know where she was buried, nor her birth and death date (all solved via the tombstone). Although we've spent some time tromping through Fairview Cemetery, we never saw her. Of course we didn't know we were looking for her there. Again, thanks so much for taking the time to catalog the cemetery and post the information. Best Regards, Lynn

|mardicar||Mary Phillips Davies|
I looked again at Mary Ann's birthdate. Although it doesn't correspond exactly to Mary Phillips Davies' death date of 1838, it seems more likely that Mary Ann is the daughter of Daniel's first wife and her death date is off a bit. More research needed.

|mardicar||Mary Phillips Davies|
I have been studying this lady and discovered that she died in Wales in 1838. There is a marriage record for the marriage of Daniel Davies and Mary Jones 30 Aug 1841 at Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorganshire, Wales (where Daniel was born and married Mary Phillips in 1835). The dates and location make it likely that Mary Jones is his second wife who came to America with him, d in 1864, and is buried in Fairview Cemetery. Thus it seems that Mary Ann was probably her daughter and the two sons were born to Mary Phillips Davies. No epic proof, but lots of circumstantial evidence.

Thank you so much for the headstone pictures. I have a trip planned in October this year to visit Easton Pa. for the wedding of the granddaughter/niece of Frank & Margaret to my son. I had planned on finding Sacred Heart while there.
I appreciate it so much !

Thank you so much for the photo you provided! I really appreciate it!
I have a quick question that you may be able to help me with...I noticed the grave is a bit faded, and that the nameplate is broken. Do you know who I could contact to get that fixed?
