I have been fascinated with cemeteries as long as I can remember.|
I try to put in the information as it is on the headstone, but that is not always correct/complete, so I am always happy to make corrections and add links when asked. Accuracy is important when using Find-A-Grave as a genealogy tool.
You have my permission to use my pictures for your genealogy research, but please reference the Find-A-Grave Memorial number.
If I have put in a memorial of one of your family members and you would like to take over the maintenance of it, please use the "Suggest a Correction" link and put your Find-A-Grave Member number in the request.
Also please specify your relationship when requesting transfers. I am no longer transfering outside the Find-A-Grave guidelines. If the relationship is not specified, the request will probably be ignored.
Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers
Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer.
Thank you and happy stoning to all...

Lance, I would greatly appreciate it if you would transfer management of Kenneth Joseph Whitmore to me, Dorothy O'Donnell, Find A Grave # 46506671. His mother was a sister of my mother-in-law. Also I have a copy of his obit which I would like to include in the memorial.

We were by there today but didn't get to look at FindAGrave until we got home. It looks like you have a lot of work there and I wanted to thank you. Currently no one there is identified as my family. Volunteers make a huge difference. Thank you.
Thank you for updating the Kleist memorial.

|ConorPFitz||Carbis in Colorado|
In your memorials for Thomas H. Carbis (Find A Grave Memorial# 25454279) and Nellie Carbis (Find A Grave Memorial# 25454331), you list them as mother and son. This is not possible because Thomas H. Carbis was born in March of 1862 while Nellie Carbis was born October 20, 1861. In my family history research I know that Thomas H. Carbis is my fourth great grandfather and his wife was Nellie Wicks born October 20, 1861. I believe Nellie Wicks is the Nellie Carbis that is on the same memorial as Thomas H. Carbis and Nellie (Wicks) Carbis are married. Could you please change the relationship from mother and son to husband and wife?
