Catherine Gower Allen
I am interested in her because of the Gower name. My step daughter is married to a Gower. Do you have any info/pictures of her? I would like to know who her parents were if you know.
Thanks

Rowena
Any idea on Rowena's burial? She was a sister to Archibald's (A.J. Allen of Ridgeley) wife, Anna Alkire:

Miss Rowena Alkire died yesterday morning at 11:30 o'clock at her father's residence on Bedford street. The deceased was a sister of Mrs. A.J. Allen and Miss Minnie Alkire, of this city, and Mrs. John Alkire, of Alaska, W.Va. The funeral will take place from the residence tomorrow morning at 8:30. Interment at Alaska, W.Va. Published in The Cumberland (Md.) Evening Times, June 3, 1897

Oddly enough, I found her in the WVCulture site as having died in Ridgeley (Sinclairsville), not Cumberland.

re your FAG photos
Many thanks for the wonderful work you and other Find A Grave contributors do by taking photos of Grave Markers. I wonder if your photos are copyright or can I share them on my family tree on Ancestry.com. I will give you the photo credit eg "Photo Credit: Thanks to " J.Allen”, Find A Grave Website, Photo used with permission." Many thanks, Barb Muir Gillespie-from Australia

When you potographed his headstone, were there any dates inscribed that you could read? He was a 4th great-uncle, I am working on a family tree and would like to have dates that are most accurate. Would you please send me directions to this cemetery?

Thomas Rees/Eusebia Cemetery
I just visited this cemetery. Using a magnifying glass, I believe the inscription to read:

THE DONOR/ of this ground for/ the burial of the dead/ and/ the worship of God/ lies here./THOMAS REES/ BORN/Sept. 15, 1788/ DIED/ June 28, 1832

J Cartwright - Warwick Cemetery
Hello

I have found out a bit more information about J Cartwright for you. Apparently J Cartwright was buried in Section 231, Grave 38 on 7th April 1931 aged 5 months, also buried in the grave is Hazel Cartwright who was buried on 12th November 1931 aged 3 years. I have been to have a look but there is no headstone there at all. Like another contributor, I also found the grave for James and Violet. Hope this information is helpful to you. If you want any photos, just let me know.
Kind regards
Jacqui
