Bio and Links
Bio Photo Here is a plug for that Missouri death index. if you have any ancestors that died in Missouri from 1910-1963 you can get there death Certificate online, and it is the whole state of Missouri. Here is the web site: http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates/Default.asp

Thankfully, my Mom is my research partner and she has done her own research. So we work a great deal to make sure we are collecting the correct information. If you have corrections for one of the memorials I manage, please feel free to send them to me WITH DOCUMENTATION. I WILL NOT add information that does include some type of documentation. So please do not ask me too. If you have someone in the Carterville or Webb City (Jasper Co, MO) cemeteries, please feel free to ask for a transfer-I will absolutely do that with the mention of how you are directly related to the person. I have taken the pictures at Carterville and Mom just entered the info on the burials from the Carterville Cemetery book.

I am also entering the Lincoln Cemetery (Jackson County, Missouri) as I get time as I work a full time job. And I know that that the date of death for the people in Lincoln are wrong. The cemetery book that I used to enter the info only has the date of burial, I am trying to get the cemetery all up and FAG, then I will go back and correct the Memorial or delete it if there is already one.

If you are related to us, please contact us, we would love to correspond with you.

Mattie Kirkendoll
Hi, my husband's great grandmother is Mattie Kirkendoll at Lincoln Cemetery. When you found her data were you able to actually go out to that cemetery or just enter the data here on Find A Grave? I'm trying to find everyone on this line of his tree and the other 2 cemeteries on Blue Ridge (where her husband and children are buried) have been disastrous. Please help! Email me directly at Lora.kirkendoll@gmail.com if you're interested.

Charles D Abbott
Do you have any information on Charles D. Abbott? I believe he was my great great grandfather year of birth probably 1847 born in Athens Athens County Ohio. Ancestors were from Belfast Northern Ireland. I was wondering if there were any pictures or anything else about him wish I could find out more about him.

He came Linn County Kansas about 1860 with his family. Married my great-great-grandmother around 1879 in around 1880 they settled in Webb City Missouri. He worked in the leadmine until his death in 1892.

George W. Ketner ~ 63629697
Hello,
There is a duplication for George W. Ketner on f.a.g. at the Webb City Cemetery; 2011 and 2012.

The 1900 census listed George W. Ketner and Mary Ellen Baker with six children: Frederick, Claude, Ethel, Roscoe, Margaret and Harry.

Thank you!

Logan Preston Medlin
Dear Lauren,

I am a daughter of Logan Preston Medlin. How do I go about correcting the month of his death? His death date is February 21, 2000. The tombstone is correct. Parker Mortuary of Joplin, MO handled all of his arrangements. I have the record book they type up and give to the family with the correct death date listed. I also have the funeral handout paper. I can scan copies of these documents to send to you if I knew where to send them. Would these documents be sufficient or would you need something else. Thank you for taking care of this matter for his family. I could also provide his parents, siblings, and two children who died in infancy. His parents and all of his siblings are dead. Thank you. Norma Medlin Powell. If you need my email address it is n.faith@sbcglobal.net

Thanks for posting my Great Grandma's Grave here.. I have made just a minor correction on her date of death... Other than that, the rest was exactly correct.

Thanks,
