I have put a great deal of time into creating many of these memorials. I am continually researching the memorials that I've created and often find more tidbits of information to add. If you have anything you'd like added, let me know. |
Please read the Find a Grave policy to see whether your request qualifies a transfer. If it falls within the guidelines, then, please use the EDIT button on the top right of the person's memorial page when you want to request a transfer since it provides me with the link to that memorial.
Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) will not be transferred. The goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it.
I am more than happy to have anyone add their personal photos of people on a memorial. However, I discourage adding death certificates and genealogy material in printed form out of a book.

Plot: section M/lot 66 is only identified by the name R S Clapp. I believe this to be my great grandfather Roger Sherman Clapp b. 13 Mar 1846 New Haven, CT; d. 17 Jun 1907 New London, CT. He married Mary F. Winship (1844-1913) on 5 Sep 1866 in Wethersfield, CT. Thank you for looking into this.
Thank you so much Donna, for accepting my edits for Melvin Gross and his parents. I appreciate your putting the family "together again."
|Beverly||Louisa Dunbar Martrick Easton|
Louisa is my 4th great grand aunt and I noticed that her listed birth date is incorrect. She was my 5th great grandfather's 3rd child born
in 1807 in Stoughton, MA.

Thanks a bunch for all your work, and going to the bother of accepting all of my many recent edit requests!
|Shelly||Nancey Isabelle Morton-Mitchell|
Thanks for the photo of the grave stone of Nancey Isabelle Morton-Mitchell - Findagrave.com Number: 83611552 - would you be willing to grant me permission to use your photos on my Ancestry.com file for my ancestors? I have no interest in the photos for anything other than genealogical purposes and I place credit in the photo description on ancestry.
Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Donna, just stopped by to say hi, it's been awhile..
Donna, thank you for all your time and efforts in doing these memorials. Lee was my father-in-law and a wonderful person. My husband would like to have the township, Granton, added to the memorial as Lee's birthplace. However, since Granton is no longer it's not on the list of Major County names. If you can find a way to show it on the memorial, we would appreciate it.
Lynn and Linda Sodowsky
