PLEASE DO NOT ADD COPIES OF DEATH CERTIFICATES TO MY MEMORIAL PAGES.

I am 74 years old. At the age of 52 I became interested in family history because of my husband's daughter. She wanted some information about her family. Others had promised information but did not come thru with it so I told her I would help her. It was so much fun I have continued with my research. I am always happy to help in the search and photo taking of a monument. I have been helped many times in the past and hope to help others in the future. One outstanding person in Camden, Missouri, Janice Pennington, who is now my dear friend, is the main reason I became interested in Find A Grave. Through Genforum I requested one picture of a monument in a cemetery fairly close to her area. She saw my request, contacted me and told me she would get the picture for me. Not only did she get that picture but she sent me over 50 other pictures of my ancestors graves in the same cemetery. Because of her and also her husband Larry, I wanted to help others find graves of their families and take photo's of the headstones. That is when I found Find A Grave. Talk about getting your prayers answered, I did. Another lady, Roberta, who lives in Indiana, went to Kentucky and took over 70 pictures for me at 4 different cemeteries of my ancestors graves. The gratitude I have for these people makes me want to grab every photo request I can to help others.
If I can make a correction or add information to a memorial page, please let me know. If you would like to have one of my memorial pages transferred to you, (if they are not a member of my family), please let me know and I will do it. Please go thru the proper channels for any changes or transfers of a memorial page.
