Rose's last husband was Raleigh Raymond Walker. She died in Dallas 24 Feb 2000. Mr. Walker died 16 days later (11 Mar 2000) in Dallas and his burial location is not yet known by me. I guess that either he or other relatives decided to bury her with her first husband possibly because they (Rose and Mr King) owned joining plots and that was the expedient option. It looks like Mr. King's name was added to their marker as an afterthought.

In any case, her married name when she died was Walker. I have no problem leaving the memorial as it is now and am providing this info for your information. You may want to place this information in the bio section the clarify for any future visitors.

She is a very distant relative -- niece of wife of 3rd cousin 3x removed.

I just wanted to thank you for your time in adding the above memorial. This memorial I believe is my maternal Great-Great Grandfather, William Calvin Upton. From what I've been able to find, he lived most of his life in Burnt Prairie, IL and I was starting to search all the cemeteries there. It turns out he was married 4 times, and his last wife is buried in Springerton Cemetery but her headstone is under the name of "Wade". So I thought 'what the heck' and I searched the Upton name and hit the Upton jackpot! Anyway, the military information on the headstone matches his Civil War Detail Report exactly. Without having any dates or any other identifying marks, and without my having exact DOB or DOD records all I can do is match the name and the military information.

Again, just wanted to thank you for your hard work and for the photo with the memorial. I am so excited!

Thanks
Thanks for so quickly processing the edits for Abbie L. Rogers. I have added one more since Lee was her middle name. She is my husband's great aunt and was a warm, caring lady. Thanks for adding a memorial for her and for all the tombstone photos you have taken. You are appreciated.

Figuring out the numbering systems in cemeteries is an interesting exercise--in futility, sometimes. I know in our local cemetery, because of the way wide aisles were later filled that often people are buried next to each other that would not be expected to be the case from looking at their plot numbers.
