I currently live in southern California, but the majority of my ancestors were from upstate New York and other northeastern states. They include the surnames Judson, Struensee, Decker, Buchanan, Snyder, Mahl, Martin and, of course, Green. Glad I found this site years ago and always willing to help out ! Will transfer over any non-related memorials to reasonably close family members. (PLEASE include your relationship when you request a transfer).|

Don Thanks for posting Ellen.
Check: www.fultonhistory.com for Upstate New York old news papers. My wife uses it often to trace her family.

Hi, Don - Thank you so much for adding my ancestor.
I added his wife and a son. I am still working on
the son's info. I am not sure where he is buried.
But will leave him in that cemetery, until I have added all the data I have.
I live in Southern California too!!!
Maybe we are neighbors.

Hello Don, I submitted two edits for her. Her date and place of death and a link to her parents. The source was a newspaper article about her tragic death by accidental posioning from eating a posion she mistook for being candy. Thanks for having created her memorial. I created a memoerial for her father, a WW1 veteran, he is buried in the same cemetery. Paul Turner

Willard Edwin Martin was a native Son of Vermont, born there 12/08/1836. He was also credited to Vermont for service in the 10th Minnesota Infantry during the Civil War.
May I use the grave photo that you contributed to his Find A Grave Memorial, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You will receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration

Thanks for pointing that out to me, I'm embarrassed I didn't catch that. :-)
