I am recently divorced 50-something mother of one, living in the Wichita, Ks area. I am the yougest of seven children and I found FAG by accident while doing some family tree research and I was hooked. I think it's important to remember those that have come before us. Some people think I'm crazy, but I love to roam around in the cemetery. My daughter is starting to see the importance of recording this information and making it available to any and all who want it. I "stroll" though the online cemetery and think to myself Wow!! look how many people were loved enough that someone put them here for everyone to see forever. "We die only when we cease to exist in the hearts and minds of those who loved us." If you happen by a loved one of mine leave flowers and/or a kind word and I'll do the same for you!|

I'll fix that. Thank you.

The grave is in Eldridge Cemetery near Colwich, KS. The grave is for Albert Vangieson. You have him as Vanleson but in your defense the grave is hard to read and the birth month should be June and not May otherwise everything else is correct. I am a DAR Genealogist collecting proof on this line for an elderly lady in Houston so she can join the DAR. This line has an up to date Patriot that served in the Revolution.

Good Evening! I just wanted to let you know one of your graves you are managing his last name is spelled wrong. The memorial has Vangleson instead of Vangieson. We have been looking for this grave for 3 weeks and only accidently found it by looking in the cemetery for all the V's. It might be nice to maybe change the spelling so other people could find it that might be trying to get into the DAR or other reasons.

I hope you can help me. I have this person #7813081 married to Harriet Clark. I have no parents for her but her dates are identical to Harriett Shinn #7813080. Do you know if this Harriett was married twice as I don't find that she was. But whoever put Harriet Clark on Ancestry has her parents on there too. And her father was Philo Clark. Sometimes this genealogy gets really complicated. And I can't find that Robert was married twice but even if he was the 2 wives wouldn't have the same date.

Thank you for transferring the memorial of Benjamin Franklin Higgs to me. Since he shares a headstone with my grandfather Orville I really appreciate it!

Let's try this again. Hopefully, I won't prematurely hit send this time.
Could you please add Pat's death date on the memorial? September 22, 2006. Also, you can link Pat and Bertha to Nancy Lee Woolman. She was their daughter.
Pat and Bertha were my great aunt and uncle.

Hi, Please connect Anna Dora McCreight and William Chester Steen (7813458). They were married 6 Oct 1868 near Tranquility, Ohio and had 7 children. Thank you!
|Karen Allen Rink||RE: Rink|
Thank you for the transfers. William Rink is buried in Maize, #781330, could you transfer him also.
You mentioned you knew Harold and Marvin, was your family located in the Maize area ?
Marvin just passed away on March 24. Plus, there have been significant changes on the Rink farm at 29th and Maize. Curt and I were located there, plus Marvin and Vivian.
Thanks again for the transfers.
