I believe in the free exchange of information. Many times I take pics of stones that have no relation to me. I do it, to simply try to give back to a community that has been very helpful to me.

I want to make my 'copyright' clear on all my photos. If I take a photo you may use as you wish. Upload it to Ancestry, keep it for your own personal use. Publish it in a book (as if anyone would want to do that!), whatever. I've included a Creative Commons license to help you understand. In rare cases there are photos that I have uploaded that I did not take. Usually, if they are not from the Southcoast, MA / RI area, I may not have taken them. Findagravers have been very generous to take pictures for me, and some have simply sent them to me to upload. In those cases I don't hold the copyright. So if there is any question about ownership, please ask.

I noticed the marker included his wife, Rita, but I couldn't find a memorial for her.

RE: Photo
No relation. I just noticed yours when going back through the ones I had entered several years ago and was linking spouses etc. (I do the same thing taking random photos -- it drives my husband crazy!)

Honoring our ancestors
Hello, you posted a photo for memorial 15578555 can you also post it on his wife's memorial page as her marker is also in the photo? Thank you (Memorial 41239009)

RE: Thanks!
Your welcome. This cemetery is just down the street from my office. It is a large plot but with only evidence of Melora & infant son buried there. If I get a chance, I will stop at the office to inquire about her husband and daughter. I don't think they are there. It is a very lovely and well kept cemetery, this plot is one that overlooks Nashawannuck Pond.

I got the picture you requested for Albert Ayer in L.I.N.C. Just for your records, the plot information on the memorial has the wrong section. He is actually in Section F, Grave 1200.
Have a good one...
