Bio Photo I've been taking photos at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan, since shortly after it opened in 2005. It is a beautiful place and becomes more so each year as it matures. I'm happy that I discovered Find a Grave and look forward to being able to contribute.

Hi Dick,
Any relationship to Nicholas Lowthian and his son George? Am adding information to my tree and ran into you creating a Lowthian Memorial for William Irving Lowthian (not Irwin?) as several others in the line are. I am a descendant of John and Mary Lowthian Bickell through son Richard Nicholas. John and Mary took Nicholas into their home when Mary and Nicolas's parents died. Would like to share notes if you are from George's line as I had no contact with his line.
Thank You,
Jayne McCarley

Thank you for the confirmation. I talk to Marj from time to time on Facebook. The memorial listed his first wife and I didn't remember her. The photo you put up looked like my Aunt Ann and I thought Danny looked like her, but I haven't seen him since my dad died.

I hope it is ok, but I copied the photo for my Ancestry page for him. I gave you credit. Thank you again for the help.

You put a photo on this person's memorial # 143695540. I was wondering if it could by my cousin, Danny Cook, son of Roy and Anna Cook who lived in Mt. Morris. My cousin was married to Marj and they owned a motel in Oscoda before moving to Florida. I haven't seen him in 40 years and that photo could be an older version of him. Just checking.

Headstone for Earl Phineas Lewis
Can you add the headstone photo for Earl Phineas Lewis, Memoria #36569581 to his wife Martha J. Lewis # 92960350. They have a combined headstone.

Earl Phineas Lewis
My memorial of Earl is a duplicate and will be deleted. Will you transfer your photo from my memorial (Memorial# 92900893) photo over to the first memorial of Earl Phineas Lewis (Memorial# 36569581) so you can get credit for the photo. Thank you.
