Dedication of marker for Christian Sowerwine
Thank you so very much for adding a military marker for Christian Sowerwine, who was my 3rd great-grandfather. He was buried in Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery, Poweshiek County, Iowa.
When you took this picture, did you also take a separate picture of the marker? I would like to add the memorial to his profile in my genealogy program, but when I try to enlarge your picture to mask it for the marker only, it is a bit fuzzy. Again, thank you and your group for taking the time to order and add this marker for Christian - 146 years after he died.

RE: 179389310 Charlotte Deadrick
The name was spelled Deidrick. I found the information on : Iowa/u002c/deaths and burials 1850-1990. I've seen many different spellings for the name. Don't know which is correct!

RE: Edward Dee 52975675
The E.D. of 1844 would make more sense. The one I'm tracking was born in VT 1834. I believe he died in IA, or IL. Haven't found him yet. As for the monument you mentioned, they're not part of my research. It's too bad that stones disintegrate, crumble and break. Thanks for all the work you do. Happy hunting.

Edward Dee 52975675
Hi, the article listed with this memorial, doesn't add up. Born 1854 and in the civil war 1862 and lieutenant 1864??? This doesn't make any sense.
Please look into this, as I'm tracking an Edward Walter Dee b. 1834 VT, which suits your story better. Thank you, Lavelle #47731331

#90158671 Arnetta Haines
Do you know where Arnetta's mother is buried? She supposedly is buried in Brooklyn, Iowa. She would have any of the following names: Nusbaum/Nussbaum, Roe, Faust/Foust. I assume that Daniel was buried next to his first wife, Rachel.
