Find a Grave ID

Bio

Avid genealogist in south-central PA. Researching Milliken, Milligan, Clay, Klee, Nesbit, Hoerner, Houdeshell, Wolfkill, Wolfkiel, Wolfskill, Baker, Cassel, Crum, Weaver.

I welcome corrections, additional information, and requests for linking family members. Please use the "edit" tab and enter the memorial ID numbers to request a connection for someone to their parents or spouse. Additional information and transfer requests can be made through the edit tab as well. Please include your FindaGrave member ID# for transfer requests.

I've acquired a great number of memorials from other researchers with the intent to reduce duplicates, update data & share with other researchers.

I try to be fairly liberal to anyone genuinely interested in maintaining a memorial, but if your updates can be made through the "edit" tab, I don't understand why ownership is a big issue. When a manager of memorials becomes inactive, the "ownership" of the memorial will revert back to the original creator or be managed by FindaGrave.

I respond quickly to any suggested edits or additional info on the memorials I have created. I certainly comply with the FindaGrave guidelines when it comes to near relatives.

Please remember that Find-a-Grave is a network of volunteers. If someone takes the time to locate the grave site, photograph the marker, and post it to the site for you, please take the time to acknowledge their efforts. Often, in unkept cemeteries, photographing a grave marker involves digging it out from overgrown sod, cleaning it up somewhat for a less than a perfect picture. It sometimes means struggling with sunlight and shadows, and even fallen markers. If you haven't experienced it and are not happy with the results, you should try it sometime. If you have an issue with the condition of the grave marker, please contact the cemetery office.
