Thanks for the reply! I hope you can find a photo of Miss Rees - I've never been able to find one. Since you transferred the page to me, I'll try to post what little I know.
It's "Miss Rees"! I'm fully in harmony with the usage "Ms." and use it frequently, but this was a LONG time ago!

Please add to the memorial for Lorene Rees at Center Point TX:
Lorene Rees was the much beloved sixth grade teacher for generations of students at Mirabeau B. Lamar Elementary School in San Antonio, Texas.
One of my old teachers, of course. What I'm hoping for is that you might have a photo of her. She was the partner of many decades of Cecilia Faulk (the second grade teacher) but I have no information about Miss Faulk's death, also in extreme old age.

Thank you Nancy for the transfer, I do very much appreciate it, Roger and his family grew up in my small area. Unfortunately of the eight siblings; two have passed away this year and only 2 more are still alive at this time.
|Tim Reynolds||RE: James Walker|
Thanks Nancy. I hope he will do as well under my care as he has under yours. I can't thank people like you enough who have documented graves from a cemetery in a general sense, or as you have here taken photos also, and so I have gained access to information that I never would have otherwise.
I hope to come to Scotland later this year and I will be visiting the graves of James and a few other Scottish rugby internationals.

Thank you! We need to keep our cemeteries clean.

|Gary Lankford||Hill Family|
Thanks, Nancy! The Hill family has been fairly easy to put together... I really appreciate that you are active, and willing to accept my edits! I have some other edits that are languishing due to inactive managers. I've only really just begun family search, since I found what a great tool my phone is for this kind of research. It's more fun, and rewarding than some games I've wasted time on. I, naturally, am most interested in family, but when see other family lines and connections that I can pursue, I do.

I've made the edit corrections/additions that you suggested and I've also transferred this couples' memorials to your care. I see that you have family ties to this surname. I am not related. Just walking the cemetery and adding memorials and photos.

|Gary Lankford||George W Hill|
No, I'm not related... George's daughter Margaret E. was married to my great uncle William Lee Prichard who is buried in Jones Cemetery, Utopia. She died early in their marriage, within the year of her giving birth to their son George Joseph, named for his two grandparents, George W Hill and Joseph Franklin Pritchard (my ggf). Family records show her buried in Centerpoint Cemetery, but there is no findagrave memorial for her. It was Margaret that I was looking for when I made the connection between James O Hill and his son George W. Now that I've started, I will try to make other connections, but I'm not family.
I simply like seeing families put back together...
