Bio and Links
Bio Photo Genealogy has become a hobby, enjoy the quest. Luckily for me, most of my lineage was published, so I began the search for the cemetery photography. This site is a favorite source for me and I am glad to have been part of it's databank. I am tropicalsquaw on ancestry. Photos posted by me are for sharing, not for sale. IF you use any of my photos, source them to findagrave and myself
, otherwise you would not be seeing them. Thank you administrators!...the edit feature has to be replied to now. please remember some of the links were not always available. be kind. in order to be able to manage my data, I decline most edits. I source, if I am not sure, I will not change information.

You do a great job, Paula. I do the same work. I have found that I can buy a large tablet of newspaper sheets and graphite sticks to do rubbings of stones that cannot be read. I have been able to find names, dates, and fill in many unknowns. I keep a can of hairspray to set the rubbings. By using the side of the sticks, even the faintest of indentions can be read. Then I snap a picture and post to the proper memorial. I know that you are very busy, but thought I would share this in case you had not used it.

Clara F Ray Find A Grave Memorial# 21561966
The gravestone for the above name Clara F Ray does not have a year for her death in the bio, just 9 Nov. There appears to be a year on the gravestone but because of algae etc. it is not legible in your photo.
If you could check the stone when you are in the area & let me know I would appreciate it.
Thank you.

Perkins family
I am the g-g-granddaughter of William H. Perkins who I believe is the brother of John Marcus Perkins. He and his wife Sarah Wyatt were married in Graves Co., Kentucky then moved with their two sons to Butler County, Missouri in the early 1870s. I have a picture of William and Sarah's headstones, but it is listed on find-a-grave.
You commented that much of your information was published. Do you have the names of the books, specifically for the Perkins?
Also I do not have information on Sarah Wyatt's family. She was born 16 Jan 1846 in Tennessee is thought to have been married in Graves Co. ~ 1864.
I do not find their marriage record. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for your headstone photography. I know what's involved in traveling to the cemetery, finding the plots, sometimes cleaning the headstones, taking the pictures, and uploading them; all for a perfect stranger. I really appreciate your efforts.
Thanks and best regards, Karl Hamlin
